Self contained flat over two floors. Beautifully refurbished throughout, to create a warm & welcoming home from home.

In an exclusive area of New Town, in the heart of Stockbridge, with the Botanical Gardens, Inverleith Park, the Waters of Leith & Princes Street all within walking distance. Sunday sees the Stockbridge market arrive with a feast of street food & local produce stalls.

There is no shortage of vintage shops, and unique shops for that bespoke gift.

There are restaurants & cafes to suit all tastes, with plenty of choice for vegans & people who are intolerant to certain ingredients. Also a great selection of bars that suit all tastes.

Close by there is designer shopping in the exclusive Multrees Walk/St Andrews Square area. No far from here is the Playhouse Theatre & the Omni theatre with cinema & plenty of eateries. Down the road from there is the Broughton Road area, again with a great selection of restaurants, giftshops, bars & bistros.

It would take an average person 10 minutes to walk up to Princes Street, however, if preferred there is a bus-stop right around the corner. The tram-stop is 5/10 minutes walk away.

There is a great mix of hustle & bustle, yet greenery & nature right on our doorstep. Several areas suitable for leisurely strolls (Dean Village) or picturesque jogs. Stockbridge is a huge dog loving area with our beloved pooches being well catered to in the area.

Unusually for Edinburgh city flats, there is a private front courtyard & a private back garden, exclusive to this property.

There are two bedrooms, one double & one with twin beds. There are two reception rooms each with a double sofa bed. There is a beautiful freestanding bath & sink in the double bedroom. Additionally there is a separate shower room & a separate toilet. Just what you need if there are a few ladies staying over!

I like to think I have catered well for my guests, other than what is normally expected I supply:

1 pair of Toni & Guy hair straighteners

Shampoo & Shower Gel


Hand & Body lotion




Dried spices

Himalayan pink salt

Black pepper


There is a CD Player with a few discs in the flat. There are plenty of USB Sockets so no heavy plugs to take with you, just the wires. There is WIFI throughout and a Smart TV which will allow you to access your personal Netflix etc. accounts.

Lovely property, bright & fresh, highly recommend

We stayed for a long weekend in November, 2 adults and 3 kids. It was very central, lots of shops and cafe's around the flat and easy to walk into Princess Street. Very clean, cosy and well maintained. Would highly recommend staying here.

Above expectations!!

We had an amazing stay in Edinburgh and picking Dana's home was the winning factor. It is fresh, very comfortable and thoroughly equipped so that we didn't miss anything! Located in a stylish neighborhood in the center, in walking distance of all the important sites of the city. Dana is a sweet person willing at any time to provide detailed info that enhanced the quality of our holidays. I will definitely choose this house again in my next trip to Edinburgh!

Fantastic Find in Edinburgh

Absolutely ideal apartment, we had great fun being so close to the shops and bars to come back to a great homely apartment in a very nice area. We just stayed in on the Saturday night after a late night Friday, making it the ideal getaway. Cannot wait to revisit again next year, it was great for the girly weekend but now I have been, I know its a great place to go with the family, as there was so much space in the apartment and was fun to visit the markets just outside on the Sunday morning before returning home. I have been recommending to all friends and family.

Beautiful spacious apartment!!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location,only negative i have to mention is that it's advertised as a 3 bedroom,when it's only 2,yea it sleeps up to 8 people but 1 of the sofa beds is in the livingroom area which isn't private and a bit cold,other than that fantastic if bringing kids,The apartment is fabulously equipped with fresh linen and towels etc,kitchen has everything you would ever need and really appreciated that,the place was spotless and loved the decor and the garden at the back,would def recommend to stay here and i would def come back,hopefully sooner rather than later,beautiful city and location!!!

Amazing flat and location!

The flat itself is lovely and clean, with all the facilities you could ask for. We especially loved the decor and layout of the property. It's location was ideal- with plenty cafes and shops all on our doorstep. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Edinburgh!
