Staying here perfectly combines the peace and tranquillity of relaxing in acres of lovely gardens and, just a short walk away, the fine sandy beaches of exciting, chic Puerto Banus with its world famous marina, mega-yachts, shops, restaurants, clubs and vibrant night life.

Marble floors throughout, large lounge/dining room with leather suite and dining for 6 leading to a spacious terrace for eating alfresco and enjoying the sun through to sunset. Queen size bed in Bedroom 1 and twin beds that can be pushed together in Bedroom 2. Both bedrooms have an en suite marble bathroom. 320 days a year average sunshine makes this apartment the perfect choice all year round.

OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT: Choice of 2 large shaped swimming pools with lifeguards and shallow ends plus children's pool. Sun-loungers are also provided. Beautiful well-kept sub-tropical gardens with evening path lights. There is a lift to the third floor.

The apartment is in a prime position on the third floor and is south-west facing and its terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool. It is NOT overlooking other apartments and is NOT east facing which overlooks a golf course that has a busy road on the far side.

PUERTO BANUS is the chic, fashionable port for the rich and famous to pose on their mega-yachts. 'People-watching' can be a fascinating pastime and here is probably one of the best places in the world to do it! Lining the marina are lively restaurants, cafes and tapas bars for all tastes and budgets as well as shops of every kind including many top-class fashion shops. And, of course, at night there are the bars and clubs that provide Puerto Banus's vibrant nightlife.

But Puerto Banus is not all glitz - it has great sandy beaches on both sides of the marina as well as many great golf courses nearby. There are also countless other places to go such as - a water park, safari park, zoo, casino, bullring and much more. As we arrived late we were delighted to find tea, coffee, milk, water and juice in the apartment for us. This was a very nice touch and we appreciated it very much.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and quite spacious. It was ideal for us with two young children. It was very quiet at night time.

We had a lovely pool view from the terrace.

The swimming pool was very well supervised at all times. The railing around the shallow end of the pool is very good and adds to the safety of the pool.

The gardens in the complex are beautiful and very well kept.

The apartment is a nice 15 minute walk from the centre of Puerto Banus.

Spotless luxury apartment overlooking the pool

The apartment exceeded our expectations being recently refurbished and exactly as advertised. Great location near Puerto Banus and the beach resorts. Greatly appreciated 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, WiFi, TV with access to BBC/ITV, garage parking and very secure.

Fabulous 5 Star apartment in Puerto Banus

I have to say this apartment surpassed all expectations The cleanliness and welcome by lovely Nicky was 1st class. This was most definately the best maintained apartment we have stayed in. The quality of the furniture beds and bedding made it a luxury holiday. The views over looking the gardens were stunning.The balcony's was huge and gave us extra room and comfort to have dinner and sit on. The bonus was finding the apartment stocked with all basic needs, Tea, coffee, milk ,sugar toilet rolls and cleaning 10 out of 10 Martin for how your apartment has been thought out with great emphasis on detail. Last we have to say Many Many thanks to Nicky for her care, and being on hand should we need her .... We will look forward to returning later or next year and will most certainly recommend to family and friends Thank you for the speedy return of our deposit 3 days on return was back in my Bank...Barbara and Trevor

The apartment was lovely and the grounds stunning!

My family and I had a fantastic time staying in this apartment, the gardens were beautiful and the pools were fantastic! The lifeguards made it easy to relax when younger children were enjoying a swim and the security of the entire complex was great. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and very spacious, with a fantastic private balcony as each balcony as very spread out. The facilities in the apartment were great, with a cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, iPod speakers and television with Freeview English channels. The wifi in the apartment, although signal wasn't always good, was still great- and we weren't there to go on the Internet all the time anyway!

The owner and the lady that showed us around and greeted us were fantastic and a great help. Her customer service was wonderful and she helped to organise taxis back to the airport which was lovely.

Puerto Banus was lovely and an ideal place for us to come away, as the beaches were not too crowded or busy. The shops were great and the market was only a short walk from the apartment, with restaurants in walking distance as well. My family and I enjoyed lunch on the beach most days and the service there was excellent!

I would definitely recommend La Dama de Noche to anyone who is coming for a relaxing break and wishes to chill by the pool and enjoy the sun. A great place for families! Thank you

Great Apartment

Cannot fault anything about this place. Stayed for 8 nights and everything was effortless. Martin and his team were always avaliable to us and met us promptly on arrival.

Upon arrival everything detailed in the original description was correct. the apartment was spacious, clean and well looked after. Loved the free wifi, sky tv and ipod docking station which made us all feel at home.

Apartment is about 15 min walk up to the beach and marina. Nearest supermarket about 10 mins walk or 2 mins in a car, although you dont need a car to stay here. Plenty of choice in regard to bars and restaurents down at the Marina and would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Puerto Banus.

La Dama de Noche - Setpember 2011

We really enjoyed the apartment. The view of the swimming pool and beautiful gardens from the spacious balcony is good and the evening sun made it even better. The apartment is well furnished and equipped and has good quality sheets and towels. The bathrooms are luxurious. The apartment had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay - the ipod dock was a particularly nice touch. The wardrobes are large with plenty of hangers and the kitchen was well stocked.

Although we had a car, we often walked to the beach - the port itself is a comfortable 15 minute walk from the apartment.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and hope to return ourselves.

Either take a taxi from outside Arrivals, hire a self-drive car or we can arrange a chauffeur service to whisk you to the apartment. There is also a bus service. The rental includes 'meet and greet' on arrival, free Wi Fi, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, towels + beach towels and normal cleaning after departure.

25% of the rent is paid when you book. 75% of the rent and the security deposit are paid 6 weeks before your holiday. Rents quoted are for funds received. For lets up to 6 nights, the first 3 nights are at the weekend rate and the remainder at the weekday rate.

Check-in is 4pm onwards or earlier if not occupied the previous night.
Check-out is by 11am or later if apartment is not occupied the following night.

Variable seasonal opening of pools.

Smoking is allowed ONLY on the terrace.
