This beautiful and unique cottage with panoramic views of Lillebælt is rented out.
The house is from 1961 and built by Danish architect. It is high on a slope which gives the most beautiful 180 degree view of the water and coastline of Funen.
The house is lovingly restored. The house has a beautiful beautiful light, both with large panoramic windows and with skylights.
There are 6 sleeping places, 2 large bedrooms plus a slightly smaller bedroom. All with new beds. The large master bedroom has a lovely bathroom with a washing machine. Living room, kitchen and dining area is a large room lined with white wooden boards in the cozy cottage style. New kitchen, home appliances and other furnishings are from 2017. There is a cozy dining area with large long table.
From the large kitchen-living area there is direct access to a large wooden terrace, with a cozy area as well as a dining area, barbecue and umbrella. There is a shelter to the west.
At the entrance there is a large covered and private terrace area with long table and chairs as well as terrace heaters. Here is the outdoor woodpecker that is always at least 37 degrees hot - just to jump in. From here there is also nice view of the water.
As the house is on a slope with stairs, it is not suitable for pedestrians or families with smaller children.
Nice little sandy beach with calm waters, suitable for sailing, kayaking, swimming and the like. In the area there are marked hiking and cycling trails as well as mountain bike routes.
Dogs not allowed.
