About the property

2 bedroom, fully equipped flat with stunning views of East London.

We have already achieved super host 5 star status on Airbnb over the last 2 years. The flat is 12 min walk to Tower Hill tube, Tower of London, Shoreditch & lovely Spitalfields Market - postcode E1. A spacious two-bed, newly decorated apartment (strictly max. 4 persons). Great views from classic 1960's tower block, with south-facing balcony.

Update** The TV in the pictures has been changed and so has the washing machine for a washer/dryer. We leave washing powder and cooking basics, so you don't have to buy them.

East London, and it's fascinating history, has become one of the most fashionable areas of the city. The River Thames & many famous old traditional pubs are all very close by. There is a large Waitrose supermarket, open late, 5 mins walk away.

My apartment is for a maximum of 4 people and has two bedrooms - one with a new king-size bed and one with a new standard double bed. The bathroom has a good shower in the bath, heated from a combi-boiler - so you will never run out of hot water! In the lounge, apart from amazing views, there is WIFI and TV, extending dining-table, 4 chairs and a large L-shaped settee. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, double oven and hob. You will also find a new microwave & 4-slot toaster. The flat has been newly updated, including real wood floors and new bathroom. Netflix is also available. I have detailed instructions how to access iPlayer and Netflix upon request.

Please DO take note that the common parts of my apartment block are fairly scruffy (entrance/landings/lifts) and in need of some TLC. They are due to be redecorated and are not an indication of the condition of my flat.

Good location, close to transport and a good supermarket. Bright, clean and airy appartement.

Ian was a good host. Easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean with 2 comfortable double beds. Being in the 10th floor meant that it was very bright and airy it also had a great view over London. Initially we were not sure about the block but it proved very quiet and safe.
