We welcome you to our home, a perfect setting to relax, wind down and chill.

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this luxury villa offers a beautiful designer kitchen with all new appliances. It can sleep up to 10 people and has its own private pool, plus the use of a huge sized community pool, ideal for swimming lengths. With spacious living areas this villa is just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and all the facilities needed for a relaxing holiday. A wrap around huge terrace with 2 permanent pergolas and a gas BBQ overlooks the private pool, where guests can enjoy the days of sunshine on comfortable outdoor furniture, Also on the side terrace there is a refurbished pool table. The living area and bedrooms all have air conditioning, also all the bedrooms have mosquito blinds to ensure a good nights sleep. There is ample roadside parking directing outside the villa. The property also offers high speed wi-fi internet.

Last but not least a huge roof terrace provides space for additional sunbathing.

About Wayne and Gillian Stenton

Welcome to our beautiful Spanish home, we purchased this in 2015 after taking early retirement. We are both English and my wife retired from teaching and I after being in the motor trade for many years, travelling and living in various parts of England during my career. We are renting our villa during the summer months because we return to England to be with our family and friends, but enjoy our time here in the winter months meeting up with friends and enjoying our 4 children and their children visiting and taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings and the many attractions.

We are very proud to own such a beautiful home in the sun and be part of the community of Torrox Park and we hope you will appreciate the wonderful way of life the Spanish have to offer, also we hope you respect and take pride in our property during your holiday. Why Wayne and Gillian Stenton chose Torrox

We were immediately bowled over by the breath taking views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace, the 300 days of sunshine and as Torrox boasts t has the best climate in Europe, we decided to buy here after looking at 40 other properties in the area.

This villa with the self contained apartment which allows our families to visit and have the opportunity to enjoy time with us or the privacy to be independent.

What makes this villa unique

We love to wake up in the morning and have breakfast on the terrace, maybe then take a dip in the pool or walk to the costa for coffee which is about 20 minutes walk away, or the nearby Penoncillo beach which is 10 minutes walk. If we fancy eating out in the evening we can walk to a very highly recommended Italian restaurant, which is five minutes walk away.

Although we are near the facilities our villa is set in a very peaceful road and you will enjoy peace and tranquility throughout your stay.

The quiet spacious beach is at Penoncillo just 10 minutes walk or three minutes in the car ..where you can park next to the beach. With several Spanish beachfront bars and restaurants. We have 2 sets of new clubs for hire, 25 euros per stay please ask when enquiring about villa.

Five supermarkets within five minutes drive on Torrox Costa.

Other attractions are old Torrox village 2kms,Nerja and caves 4kms Velez Málaga shopping center water park 10kms.

Granada and Alhambra 90 mins drive.

Pool area only plastic glasses and beakers permitted all provided.
Obviously all guests use the pool at own risk and care of children is parents responsibility.
