About the property

The entire 126 m2 house is reserved for guests only. They will have exclusive use of it and the balconies. On the groundfloor there are a sitting and a dining place, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In front of the house is a barbeque veranda and at the back of the house is a balcony with view to the church yard.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are the twin bedroom and the attic bedroom, a master bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a balcony with view of the village and the surrounding hills.

Located in the picturesque community of Pagi, this 3 bedroom house, 30 km from the town of Corfu and just a 5 minute drive to the magnificent beach of Agios Georgios is perfect for a relaxing holiday! Come enjoy the Corfiot, village life, the beach and the local cousine! The beach is perfectly organised with sunbeds and beach umbrellas for the much needed shade! For those who prefer a less organised , more secluded coast, there are spots at the right and left ends of the beach.

In the village are 007 Bond-Cafe (known from film shootings of the James Bond film "For your eyes only") and a tavern with traditional dishes.

Pagi itself has a strategic location for exploring the beautiful sights of the northern part of Corfu, such as Afionas with wonderful sunset, Canal D' Amour in Sidari, Arillas beach and Agios Stefanos-Avliotes beach, Krini village with Angelokastro castle, Lakones village with view of Paleokastritsa, La Grotta beach bar (142 steps down) and the Monastery of the Virgin in Paleokastritsa,Theotoky Estate at Ropa's valley , Old Perithia the Corfu's ghost village with traditional tavernas, is island's best kept secret.
