An immaculate one bedroom ground floor apartment perfectly positioned on the fringes of Devonport Park. The park offers a range of public events throughout the year including Charity and open-air Theatre events. There is a nice cafe positioned within the park, a few minutes walking distance from the property. It offers refreshments and live music from time to time. This one double bedroom apartment encompasses the perfect combination of Plymouth Living within a beautiful and imposing period property. Situated in an idyllic spot the property offers a quiet setting in a central location only 5 min drive from the famous Hoe waterfront.

The property is positioned on a no-through road benefiting from no passing is entered via a main entrance door with an intercom. The communal hallway is clean, tidy and well maintained. The inner apartment door leads into an internal hallway. The living room is positioned on the left. This room is of magnificent proportions with high ceilings and a large bay window that floods the space with ample amounts of light. The view from the window is everything you could wish for from a living space - looking out on to the well maintained park and mature trees. There are two very comfortable additional single folding beds in the lounge which don't take any space when folded.

The bathroom lies adjacent to the living area. There is an electric shower over a bath, WC and pedestal hand basin. There is a tiled surround to two walls, a towel rail is positioned on one wall and the room is lit by ceiling spot lights.

The bedroom is situated to the rear of the property. It is of ample proportions and laid to carpet. The room is neutrally decorated with a large double glazed window to the rear aspect. A dome light fitting hangs from the ceiling.

At the rear of the property lies the kitchen. A side uPVC door leads on to the communal patio. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units with roll-edge work surfaces. There is a stainless steel sink and drainer and a tiled splashback surround to three walls. There is an integrated electric oven with four ring gas hob and extractor, a large freestanding fridge freezer and a washing machine.
