The "Design 2 Bedroom Apartment" is situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles, I) a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, grocery stores, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha Club and Lio are all within short walking distance although no noise! And it's only about 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking. The apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms - one of them ensuite - (beds can be made twins, instead of double in one of the bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower), large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace with partial/side view on the sea and Ibiza Old Town, furnished with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals "al fresco" and relax. The apartment has also access to it's own sundeck on the private upper roof terrace, equipped with design sun loungers by Vondom where you can sunbathe. Air conditioning, Free Wifi, Flat screen TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer. The building features 2 communal pools. Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only at 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by (including a taxi stand), no car hire is necessary. However, if you plan to hire a car, Free of charge PUBLIC PARKING SPACES ARE ON THE STREET around or near the Building. This apartment is rented for seasonal stays in accordance with the Spanish Law called "LAU" and no hotel/tourist services, such as breakfast or daily housekeeping, are offered.

Perfect Apartment Perfect Host

The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and fully fitted kitchen - even a welcome pack from our hosts, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was a really good size, comfortable beds, enough storage space for our holiday, and the balcony a welcome retreat with a nice views to watch the world go by.

Kids enjoyed the Wi-fi, and widescreen TV! Great location close to the beach, Marina and a short walk to the Old Town. Pools at the apartments were well maintained and quite enough to sit and enjoy - perfect to catch a bit of sun. Sun deck also available, nicely presented and great views - just too hot for us!! Good Food, Lovely weather for most of the holiday, very helpful host who could not have done any more to make our stay any easier. Would recommend.

Excellent. Everything you could need, comfortable beds, spacious living area, nice balcony.

Enjoyable experience, welcome pack of food was great, excellent bathrooms, 15 minute walk from the centre and harbour, supermarkets close by. Ibiza town has some great bars and restaurants, although you should shop around, prices can be double in some places. No English TV channels in the apartment, however excellent WiFi makes up for this. By far and away the best apartment we've stayed in. Ibiza town is amazing.

Lovely apartment in a great location

This apartment is lovely - very modern and clean with everything that you need, and in a great location for both the marina and Ibiza town.

Alessandro was great to deal with from the time of our booking to the day we arrived, and very accommodating to our early check in requirements.

There are some lovely bars and restaurants just a short walk from the apartment, with lovely views across to Ibiza town. Ibiza town was around 20 mins 'stroll' away (shorter if you pick up the pace - but why would you when on holiday!). On the last night, however, we did get the river taxi that runs regularly between the marina across to Ibiza port (town) and back again - 4 euros each return - and that was about 5 mins and a pleasant trip across. (I had avoided it until the last evening as I suffer from sea-sickness - but I needn't have worried, it was a short trip and I was fine!)

Talamanca beach is also only a very short walk away. It's a lovely beach and very clean. Sunbeds etc are a little expensive but obviously you don't have to use them - we chose to as we prefer the comfort of a sunbed & umbrella so were quite happy to pay!

Great Value for money

This an excellent apartment in the heart of Marina Botafoch. The penthouse, nicely decorated, had all that we needed and our neighbor was Paris Hilton! We had a wonderful week and managers were always helpful and accommodating.

We loved this beautiful penthouse apartment very clean and tidy with all the mod cons needed. Location is great: we could walk wherever we wanted to go: beach, restaurants, etc. Would go back.

Excellent accommodation with everything you need

We were two couples and were both impressed with this property, which has everything you may need, including a roof terrace with panoramic views.

The apartment was luxurious and sparkling clean. The location is amazing:

a short walk to Pacha, 5 minutes to Talamanca Beach and to the Marina with it's great restaurants and 15/20 minutes to Ibiza old town. To get a taxi is also easy.

Also the new faboulos marina area with the most beautiful yachts and other great bars and restaurants and luxury shops, is at only 200 meters,. And it's only about 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking.

Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, (including a taxi stand) no car hire is necessary. the name of the building is "Bahia de Ibiza" and it can be accessed from both Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles I) and Avenida 8 de Agosto (the 2 streets are parallel)
