Beautiful apartment with stunning views

We stayed a month, and we enjoyed this property a lot. It is within short driving distance from all the amenities on the north coast of Tenerife, like Martiánez and the natural pools of Garachico. Every corner of the island can be reached in less than 75 minutes, including all the tourist areas on the south coast, and the Teide National Park.

Watching the sunset every day from the balcony was amazing. The north coast of Tenerife has amazing cliffs, cool ocean breezes, and green vegetation.

Julio was friendly and attentive, and it is clear that a lot of thought went into every detail.

Having a car would be ideal (and the unit includes a parking spot in the underground garage), but the bus stop on the TF-5 highway is 5 minutes away on foot. A supermarket and a few other stores can also be reached in about 10 minutes by crossing a pedestrian bridge over the highway.

In summary, highly recommended.

Very nice appartment, and excelent service

The apartment is VERY nice, good size, clean and has all you will need.

Julio was very flexible, and also helped with an extra bed so we could be 5 in the apartment.

Having a car is recommended as stated in the add, as you will need to drive to go anywhere.

If you wish to stay in this part of the island, we very much recommend staying here!

Bel appartement avec terrasse et solarium

Appartement avec vue sur la mer, très lumineux et très propre correspondant exactement au descriptif. Dans une jolie résidence avec une belle piscine et une place de parking en sous-sol. Accueil chaleureux par Julio.

Fantástico ático muy cómodo

Es un magnífico ático y como base para moverte por la isla está muy bien situado esta en el norte por lo que el clima es maravilloso para dormir en las noches de verano. Julio es una persona muy cercana y si necesitas cualquier cosa o cualquier duda o recomendación para visitar esta siempre disponible. Nosotros fuimos con dos niñas una de ellas pequeña y ha tenido su cuna y la casa ha sido muy cómoda y tranquila.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Balkon, Meerblick und Sonnen-Dachterasse

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen, gut ausgestatteten Apartment. Problemlose Wohnungsübergabe bei der Anreise durch Sandra, netter E-Mail-Kontakt zu Julio. Vom Balkon schöner Blick auf die gepflegte Gartenanlage mit sauberem Gemeinschaftspool, die Häuschen des Ortsteils La Quinta und das Meer dahinter. Mietwagen empfehlenswert (eigener Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage), in ca. 700 m Entfernung befinden sich jedoch auch die Bushaltestelle der Linie Puerto de la Cruz - La Laguna und große Supermärkte (u. a. Lidl). Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ziele im herrlichen Nordteil der Insel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
