The house itself is spread over three floors and is the embodiment of luxury. It has three large double bedrooms and a single bedroom, each with a clean, minimalist design that oozes sophistication and class. With contemporary furniture in the spacious, bright living area, complete with large high definition television, DVD player, CD Player and Wi-Fi to stay connected, you’ll find yourself surrounded by wooden walls for that homely, stately feel. Head out into the streets of Kensington and you will find world class shopping on your doorstep, ranging from high street giants like Zara, H&M, Top Shop and the fabulous Whole Foods Market for a serious selection of food and wine, all the way to high end boutiques such as Oliver Bonas, you’d be forgiven for not leaving the Kensington borough. High above the shops you’ll find one of Kensington’s nicest views; Kensington Roof Gardens, home to Babylon, an award winning British restaurant. From here you can watch the city pass you by, and catch glimpses of some of Kensington’s other sights.
Your house is situated between Holland Park and Kensington Gardens (in Hyde Park) which is also where you’ll find Kensington Palace, once the home of Princess Diana. Both the Albert Memorial and Princess Diana memorial are no more than 15 minutes away on foot, while Kensington’s incredible home of culture is just a little further. A short 20 minute walk and you’ll find yourself at the gates of the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, the Royal Albert Hall and the Victoria & Albert Museum. In very few places in the world is there such an incredible collection of knowledge, of art and of culture than in Kensington.
One of the other major perks of this incredible location is that you’re no more than 30 minutes away from Central London; the beating heart of this metropolis. 5 stops is all it takes on the underground to find yourself on the doorstep of Buckingham Palace, one of the world’s most famous landmarks. That’s not all; Downing Street, The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben are just a short walk away from Buckingham Palace, meaning in just one trip you can cross off all these incredible sights from your bucket list.
Once your sightseeing is done it’s just a couple more stops to London’s commercial centre. Harrods, Hamleys and the home of many high street brands are all based in London. The city never truly sleeps and no matter what time you find yourself out and about you’ll find something to suit all tastes.

The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!
There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
This property has a very appealing price (lower than the market's average) because it is for sale. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential buyers. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance.

• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties
• No candles
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Keep the property clean and tidy
• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee
**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!
***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.
