About the property

This amazing town house began life 300 years ago. Since its extensive renovation, finished july 2017, it has become a wonderful place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday in one of Mallorca’s most beautiful and historic towns - Soller.

Ca’n Stolt is situated right in the heart of this lovely town, just 3 minutes walk to the Plaza. A perfect combination of traditional stone walls and wooden roof beams with modern features - which means you can enjoy the best of both worlds!

The house is fully equipped, has a lovely and quiet private garden with outdoor kitchen and a roof terrace with wonderful mountain views towards Port de Soller.

Ca’n Stolt consists of an opened dining and living area, three good sized bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has an access to the roof terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the latest modern appliance (MoccaMaster, Nespresso machine, electric juicer, boiler, dishwasher, micro etc) and a smaller breakfast area in the end, with a glass roof, towards the garden.

The garden has an outdoor shower and sunbeds. There is also a dining table in the shadow of the tree. In the outdoor kitchen you have a fridge, hot & cold water, BBQ and lots of working space in the shadow.

The house has fiber Internet (both wifi and Ethernet), AppleTV, PlayStation, Sonos speaker and A/C in the bedrooms (first level) & the living room.

The location of the house is perfect, regardless if you enjoy hiking in the mountains or a relaxed day on the beach! And in the evening you have just a couple of minutes from the house to several restaurants or you go to the butcher, across the street, and barbecue in the garden.

The house has A/C (warm and cold), radiators and floor heating (kitchen & bathrooms), which make the house warm and cosy even during the winter period.

Lovely house in the heart of Soller

This beautifully refurbished house is a gem. Attractively furnished with a great kitchen, the house is spacious and has everything you could need. The clever design means that you can reach the garden either by steps from the kitchen or from the lower ground floor bedroom. Sadly, in late November, it was too cool for us to use the outside kitchen but I imagine this would be a great bonus in warmer months. There is a lovely view from the small terrace at the top of the house. The owners are very responsive and helpful, and their local property manager is always available for any questions. I have rented many holiday properties over the years, and this one comes highly recommended.

Beautiful and spacious, newly renovated house near the centre of town with peaceful back garden. Very clean and well equipped, with everything you might need. Really friendly and helpful agent and owner. We really loved the house and would highly recommend it.
