Maya's Bajan Villas Inc, located overlooking Maxwell, Christ Church, offers a luxurious yet quaint rental opportunity to people looking for a private getaway for short and long terms periods.

The villa building is two levels, each of which has its own entrance and primary facilities.

Each storey has it's own unique features. The top villa B unit boasts lofted ceilings, open concept kitchen, dining, and living space, four bedrooms, wash room, and private patios. The lower level villa A unit offers open concept entertainment value with sunken living and dining rooms, common wash room, powder room, kitchen with full bar, wired stereo, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a large second bedroom, and private patios. Shared features include: laundry, outdoor shower, exterior barbecue, a covered, vented, two-car garage, and spacious front and back yards.

True Bajan Feel and Atmosphere: On site you can enjoy the comforts of home with laundry, clean off your salt and sand with an outdoor shower, and kick up your feet on expansive patio spaces or open concept living.

Waking up for a morning walk to the beach and being greeted by the locals 100% of the time is heart-warming. A local pub, Oistens Fish Market, and their famous Friday night Fish Fry, a grocery store, are all steps away. The St. Lawrence Gap is only a 15 minute walk away.

Choosing a property that allowed us to mix with the locals and live with the locals was paramount in our property purchase.

The Place to Be!!

This was an awesome 14 days spent, the Villa was super clean, had everything we needed,location to Oistins is very close,, 3 min walk to the beach, Johnathan was very helpful checked in on us twice a week just to make sure things were ok, if you need a place to stay this is where you want to be. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic Rental unit

We just spent 13 days in the top rental unit at Maya's Bajan Villa. It was beautiful, clean, open concept and had everything you needed to make you feel like home. Edward is so professional, kind and helpful prior to getting there and Jonathan went out of his way to make you feel at home once there. The location is residential but you are minutes from your first beach and the public transportation is convenient and a 3 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this to anyone for a superb vacation!

Great rental

Great rental property

We stayed here from Feb 5-14,2016. It was perfect. Edward and Jonathan were so helpful with our trip. Jonathan went over the map with us and recommended beaches to snorkel, great sights to visits, and what restaurants. This really helped make our trip terrific.We stayed upstairs in rental B with 4 rooms and there was four of us. Great views and there is always a breeze through the windows so not having air conditioning was never a problem. Jonathan had mosquitos spray available to us but we can honestly say we never saw any our whole trip and we were all over the island. The outdoor shower was great when we came back from the beach. The house is plenty stocked with anything you need like dishes, pots for cooking, towels, extra bedding, barbecue, toys and books. The house is gated and the area was very safe. Buses were a 5 minute walk and it was a 15 minute walk to Oistens to eat,get groceries, banking and lovely beaches. There were beaches closer too but I really liked Miami Beach. Jonathan provided with a cell phone if we needed it and he was always available to us. We toured the downstairs rental which had less bedroom and we would definitely stay there too. It was very easy to get to where ever we wanted to go and the buses constantly go by and run until midnight. We walked to Luigis restaurant one night too and it was a 15 min walk and very safe. We loved this area and would rent here again. You are in great hands with Edward and Jonathan.

Best family vacation

Our stay at Maya's Bajan Villas was everything that was promised and more. The accommodation was perfect for our two families of four. The villa was spacious enough to celebrate Christmas with four children under nine years old and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Maxwell beach was an easy walk for the kids and the car rental allowed us to see the rest of the island. Edward and Jonathan were very knowledgeable and friendly and their recommendations for sightseeing and dining was spot on.

We would definitely return to Barbados and stay at this villa again. A hidden gem!

We did not want to leave

I flew into Barbados a week after my parents. Just returned yesterday from this quaint little beauty. A very comfortable and relaxing home away from home. I enjoyed the location, and the neighbourhood is very nice. I love Barbados, and this villa made me love it even more. I will be back.

Fantastic vacation!

What a wonderful spacious villa. Comfortable clean private. The location is on a quiet and safe residential street. It is within walking distance to beaches supermarkets and other conveniences. It is equipped with everything you need ... Tvs, wifi, BBQ, ceiling fans , A/C and more. We cannot wait to return to Barbados and to enjoy another fantastic vacation while staying at Maya's Bajan Villas. I would definitely recommend this stay. The owners provided excellent customer service as well.

A $500.00USD cash security/damage deposit per unit is to be given to our property manager upon arrival and returned upon departure provided the contract requirements have been met. An official contract will be required to be filled out accordingly.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
