A delightful flint cottage originally a calving barn built in the early Victorian period and part of the Hayreed farm complex. It lies within the South Downs and is perfect for exploring the pretty villages, countryside and coast line on foot or by bicycle. The cottage is open plan living, with a dining area, fully fitted kitchen and comfy seating with woodburner. The sofa (small double bed) can be used for additional sleeping if required. There is a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. There is a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of draws and space for a travel cot if needed.
There is space to the front of the cottage where you can relax on loungers provided or sit with your morning coffee at the table just outside the french doors. The cottage welcomes one small well behaved dog.
The owners own property sits within in the complex.
The cottage is within twenty minutes walk of three pubs, ten minute walk to Arlington tea-room and lots of visitor attractions are close by.
A charge of £25.00 per stay will be made for each dog (guide dogs for the blind and registered assistance dogs excepted). Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog with you. This property will accept a maximum of one dog.
