The house is located in a small complex of 11 units by the sea. This is the number 04. It is a two bedroom duplex located both on the top floor, in the master bedroom there is a double bed. In the second you can choose between two single beds or a double. It also has a sofa bed for the extra people in the lounge, recommended for children and teenagers. The house is ideal for 4 people, although thanks to the sofa bed is suitable for families up to 6 people. For babies we have cots and highchair, of course, babies do not count as extra person. The duplex is very bright, the master bedroom has a fantastic terrace with armchairs and views to the sea and the pool, also thanks to the interior garden the second bedroom is also very bright. In addition the natural light also reaches the main bathroom through the skylights. The apartment is accessed via the small garden / terrace on the ground floor. This first floor is a diaphanous space where you can find the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a small service so you do not have to go up to the sleeping area in case of emergency. To summarize, a house with green areas and one of the best swimming pools that can be found on the island (almost all year with very few users), the house is fully equipped and built by one of the best architects of the Canary Islands. This small complex has two pools of sea water surrounded by an immense lawn garden. The adult pool is heated in winter at 23ºC. The pool area also has showers and common toilets. One of the main attractions according to the families who have stayed is that they consider it ideal for traveling with children, since being surrounded by everything and without visual barriers can be calm and control them at all times from the apartment itself.
There is nothing prettier than waking up and having the SEA in front. The house is located in a privileged area of the island, next to the largest golf course on the island. Gives directly to the MARITIME PASEO, from which you can access VÍRGENES BATHROOMS. The promenade leads to the East (10 minutes walking) to the fishing village "los abrigos", towards the West it passes through several virgin bathing areas, a MARINA SPORT and finally an old COSTERO HORSE ROAD that ends (after 5 kilometers) in the "yellow mountain" and a PROTECTED MARINE AREA. Just 50 meters away there is a small shopping center with some bars and restaurants, a 24-hour taxi rank, a supermarket open every day until 10:00 pm, cash machines ... In the village of Los Abrigos you will find a wide offer of RESTAURANTS, the LONJA PESQUERA, banks and a pharmacy. 5 minutes drive, there is a commercial area next to the motorway (Las Chafiras), with sports shops, golf shops, Mercadona, Lidl, Hiperdino, Mc Donald's, ..., and the FARMER'S MARKET (highly recommended) More to the West (after the village of the Coats), you can visit small beaches or areas of rock very little traveled, even a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL. The beach of El Médano owes its name to its village, for us one of the best places of the island, with a very sporty atmosphere thanks to the world championships of WIND SURF and KITE SURF that are celebrated every year.
