It is possible to rent the whole structure or single rooms.

The building is located a few kilometers away (about 5 km) from the Franciscan Eremo of Montecasale, a favorite place for St. Francis during his journeys from Assisi to the Verna and still preserves the stone bed of the saint, together with the suggestiveness of the places , Remaining in their original simplicity and beauty. From the hill of Piero you can enter the "San Francesco in Tuscany: from Verna to Sansepolcro" Hiking or biking MBT of 37 Km.

From Sansepolcro you can easily reach famous places for their beauty and suggestiveness: Anghiari, only 9 Km, which preserves the medieval hamlet, in its most ancient part, intact. From Anghiari we can continue to Caprese Michelangelo, home to the great Renaissance genius. Always in the vicinity of Anghiari, but in Umbria, we meet Citerna overlooking the beautiful natural amphitheater of Valtiberina. Near, but again in Tuscan territory, there is Monterchi with the famous Madonna of the birth of Piero della Francesca, a heritage of humanity. Walking through the upper Umbrian valley, only 15 km from Sansepolcro, we meet Città di Castello, the ancient Tifernum, which preserves in its museums the works of one of the greatest contemporary painters: Alberto Burri. Continuing and moving towards the Marquis Apennine there is Gubbio with its majestic palaces (of the consuls and ducal) famous for the race of the candles that runs on May 15 and the crossbow of the crossbow that controversy against Sansepolcro on the last Sunday of May while the second Sunday of September the eugubini (Gubbio) and biturgensi (of Sansepolcro) bowlers are faced in the square of Torre di Berta in Sansepolcro. Just 70 Km from Sansepolcro we can visit Perugia (E45 highway, 50 minutes on foot). Tuscan towns easily reachable are Cortona (40 km distance) with its diocesan museum that preserves the Annunciation of the Blessed Angelico, Siena (100 Km), Palio town, Arezzo (36 Km) that holds the Pierfrancescans frescoes of the legend of the true Cross in the Basilica of St. Francis and the Cimabue Crucifix in the Basilica of San Domenico, also famous for the antique fair on the first Sunday of each month and the Saracino's Giostra in Piazza Grande in front of the Loggia del Vasari. Florence can be reached via the freeway to Arezzo and then by the A1 motorway (138 Km, 1h and 38m). The Sanctuary of the Verna (E 45 exit Pieve Santo Stefano, Passo del Spino) is easily reachable at 37 Km and the Monastery and the Hermitage of Camaldoli (Via della Libbia, via Umbro-Casentinese) is about 70 km. Places, both of them rich in history, of spirituality, and capable of rhythmizing every soul for their being authentically in contact with nature.

"To the Friends of the Tiber Valley"

... Tired soul, to you, flourishes

Austere and happy jumpers, you will come.

Famous river the short-story inundates;

Love the vines the hills; And, to retake

Sweet, among green oaks here is the blonde

Earl up at the aura astronaut waves.

But the old bully up the wreckage

Pork the cow and has a slow pace;

And the towers, huts,

It made the useful home to the pious villan ...
