The villa "Il Tuffetto" is located in a fantastic hilly position, adjacent to the Vendicari Reserve with splendid views of the Ionian Sea. Although only 2 km from the center of Baroque Noto, it is located in an oasis of peace among olive trees, citrus fruits and Mediterranean flora.
It is only a few km from the wonderful beaches of the Vendicari Reserve and many others that meet along the coast of the Ionian and Tyrrhenian coasts. The large patio, pool and garden-park with native flora complete the property making it unique.
The villa, Sicilian style, old ruinous, luminous restoration develops on a single floor and from all the rooms you exit directly on the garden, superbly arranged on terraces with native plants typical of Mediterranean scrub and nestled inside the park with citrus, almonds and magnificent centuries-old olive trees.
