The space

Fabulous apartment located right next to one of the best streets in Barcelona. Passeig de Gràcia, but still in the local and lively quarter of Gràcia (one of the best in town).

This place is ideal for COUPLES, small FAMILIES,FRIENDS and BUSINESS TRAVELERS due to his special and centrical location.

This apartment is extraordinary quiet, given that it finds itself in the buzzing center of Barcelona.

The apartment comes with:

- 1 double room with bathroom inside the room - 1 double room - 1 additional room area with 2 comfy beds (bunk bed style)

Ideal for 6 people, but available for 8 people maximum.

All the bedrooms have storing space, either cupboards, wardrobes or shelves.

- 1 complete bathroom with a jacuzzi/bath- 1 additional bathroom

In the main entrance you will be able to enjoy a nice selection of magazines while seating in a vintage armchair, and enjoying a coffee/tea or a glass of wine.

The living room is a spacious, and bright place with a stylish red leather sofa, a nice dining room table (with capacity for 8 people) and 2 small balconies with a fantastic views to the amazing 5* Hotel Fuster (one of the most emblematic hotel buildings in town owned by the famous family Fuster).

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen facilities (including a microwave, water heater, fridge,dish-washer and a Nespresso machine).

The apartment is exterior, quiet, bright, stylish with nice deco elements. A satellite and wireless Internet TV (Smart TV) is available, as well as baby chair and bed, in case you are traveling with kids.

Interaction with guests

Important note: Because I have a touristic license for my apartment, I require that all my guests after they confirm a booking with me, send me a scan of their passport. This is because according to the law in Catalunya, we as hosts are obliged to forward this information to the National State Police (Mossos D'Escuadra). Please note that all legal and registered touristic establishments such as hotels, hostels, bed & breakfast, etc, have to do the same as well. Thank you for your understanding.


Dear guest,

I would like to ask you to respect to my flat as if it was your own home. Let me know your arrival time as soon as you can, so I can arrange for a smooth check-in. Normally, you can CHECK-IN from 17.00 pm, but if you arrive earlier, we will surely find a solution, depending on availability of the cleaning women and other groups, at least for leaving your luggage before that but after 11.00 (should not be a problem).

The same is true for late CHECK-OUT: I will try to adapt to your needs as much as I can. Please respect the neighbors and do not make noise after 21.00 o'clock; always close the elevator door when using it and please switch off the lights and air conditioning when leaving. Please no pets and no smoking in the house! This will have as consequence a €250 fine. Please no drugs or other on the premises.

The keys will be handed over at the apartment in order to make it easier for you. Please note that I will have a person to help with LATE CHECK-INS (after 22.00 / 8pm). Here an additional fee of 20 euros is charged between 20h and 22h, between 22h and 24h a fee of 30 euros, and 50 euros after 24h.

Feel at home, but please keep in mind that there are neighbors around who deserve some rest. To secure a peaceful living environment, please keep the volume at a tolerable level, especially between 21pm and 8am. So if your night does not end at that time, I would like to ask you to turn down the music or leave the flat and set off for a night out in the city. Should you get into trouble with the neighbors or the police because of noise nuisance, I will find myself forced to retain the entire safety deposit, plus you would be 100% responsible of any additional expenses that the inconvenience might cause, such as physical or non-material damages.

Remember also to leave all the keys on the table at the entrance and close the door after you when checking out. Check before leaving that all air conditioners (ACs), lights and television, etc are turned off and please take your garbage with you and throw them in the grey bins you will find outside on the street.
