Riverbank Lodge occupies a stunning position on the riverbank within Rayford Park, part of the award winning Stratford Parks holiday development, a delightful 1 mile walk to the world class tourist attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon.
The Lodge is high spec with gas combi boiler Central Heating and Double Glazing and has modern stylish décor throughout.
There are 2 bedrooms, the Principal with en-suite shower & WC and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has twin narrow beds & built-in wardrobe.
There is a separate family bathroom and WC with full size bath & shower above.
The Kitchen diner is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob with extractor, microwave and toaster. There is an integrated fridge freezer & Nestle Dolce Gusto device. The sturdy dining table has 4 high back chairs.
The Lounge has matching free standing sofas, hot-stone flame effect RC electric fire and wall mounted TV/DVD with Freeview. There is a Sony micro hi-fi with iPod dock & Aux-In. Glass display cabinets offer relaxed lighting & French doors lead out to the balcony overlooking the river, tree-lined riverbank & field opposite. Use the external lighting to see Swans swim-by at night.
You also have a private patio with picnic table seating and hard car parking for 1-2 cars.
The unique position of this Lodge means it is not overlooked at the front Lounge & Balcony aspect but also gives views to adjacent fields, perfect to keep watch of any children whilst allowing them the freedom to play safely away from the river.
Follow the bendy trail past the trees and emerges the awesome huge timber log Riverside Clubhouse, comprising restaurant, bars, children's play area, entertainment rooms and stunning balcony views. From here runs a riverboat taxi between Stratford town marina.
The village of Tiddington is a 10 min walk where there is a Spar shop, Gastro Pub, Tapas deli bar, Indian and Chinese restaurants. All are an excellent standard. Public transport runs from here to surrounding towns and in Stratford there is a railway station providing links to national transport networks and airport.
If you bring equipment; anglers may fish free of charge right outside your Lodge! Also, it is easy to launch kayaks and cycle around the parks.
In addition to the historic attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon this original medieval market town also boasts the modern; with Leisure Centre swimming, cinema, quality shops and a host of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and nightspots.
A mile out of town is the Maybird Retail Park and there are nearby golf courses and spa hotels. A few miles further afield are historic Charlecote Park Country House & Warwick Castle. The Cotswolds are an easy day out drive.

My name is Paul and my wife is Claudia. The photo shows us with our 2 kids and with my Mum who was visiting us for the day. We're on a river boat going past our lodge. I live local to Riverbank Lodge and because we are not using it as much these days we now make it available for others to enjoy.

Great location and unique position on the holiday park, right on the riverbank but also next to open field away from the river. Modern stylish décor and tastefully furnished. Very clean and well looked after. This is our family's holiday home, not part of a fleet so it is personally cherished and meticulously looked after.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Maximum occupancy is 4 people, the property is not large enough to be comfortable for more. Guests may visit (3 max) but must not stay overnight. No Pets and No Smoking at the property. Holiday Park Site rules apply for standards of behaviour - for everyone's benefit - a copy shall be forwarded on confirmation of booking. The Lodge will be available for occupation from 3:00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00am on day of departure. The owner may meet and greet or alternatively keys can be obtained from Lockbox at Lodge. Details regarding codes, directions and site access will be forwarded to you once the full payment has been made. Prices include Electricity, Gas*, Water, Clean bed linen and towels. Electricity and water are mains supplied. Gas is via integrated Calor gas bottle supply with auto changeover. (*first additional full bottle only is included - easily sufficient for normal usage). Refuse must not be left outside the Lodge but placed at the on-site recycling area in bins provided. Laundry must not be hung outside the Lodge (on-site facilities are available if required).
