Tenga en consideración que para estancias de larga temporada (por tiempo superior a 30 días) el inquilino debe responder y ser responsable de los gastos de agua, electricidad e internet. Y podrá en su caso, ser obligatoria la propia titularidad de los contratos de dichos suministros.
Para reservas superiores 12 días, y en caso de no haber requerido del servicio de limpieza adicional que se ofrece y siempre que la dirección lo estime oportuno, puede aplicarse una tasa extra en concepto de limpieza profunda.

Confirmar la reserva, supone también la aceptación de las normas del apartamento y de la Comunidad y el entendimiento de éstas, estando ustedes obligados a cumplirlas en todo momento, durante todo el período de estancia. Cualquier incumplimiento de éstas normas, puede suponer su expulsión inmediata del apartamento y la perdida del pago de los días restantes, así como una posible penalización o indemnización, en su caso.
