Rock Solid Accommodations At A Dang Good Price

  • 5 of 5

Honestly I have almost zero complaints. I mean it is what it is: an affordable mountain condo. Not crazy luxury by any means, but the place is clean and well kept. Main bedroom has a pretty good bed and tons of extra sheets/pillows. The pull out couch did its job and was more than enough for our needs.

Where this place truly shines is all of the extra amenities for the price point. I'm honestly doubtful I could find a place that was much more economical. I am certain that place wouldn't be nearly as nice. The clubhouse was straight up amazing. Nice to have an arcade including a free ping pong table. Three hot tubs and a good pool. Word of warning though that it will get taken over by kids on the weekend. That said it is big enough to relax in right after a day on the slopes. Oh yeah, speaking of the slopes --- gotta love the location. 10 minutes to Keystone, 20 to Copper, 25 to Breck.

My only complaint is that the living room isn't lit particularly well lighted, but if that is the worst thing to report you know things are pretty good overall.

Comfortable, affordable and good access to the major ski areas along I 70

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed at Eric's condo in early February. First, Eric was easy to work with and we had a couple of conversations during the reservation process. The condo is as described. It was perfect for the two of us. We liked the location as it was very quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots, pans and utensils. Convenient laundry room downstairs in the building. Parking is easy. So we would stay here again. Only one recommendation: when you first arrive, the numbers on the lock box are difficult to see as it is dark in the hallway. You will need the light on your cell phone or a flashlight to open the lock box to gain access.

Ski trip

  • 5 of 5

The condo was perfect for us and was convenient for skiing all the resort. It has a well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated throughout. Excellent heating and hot water & had adequate towels, tissues etc. The hot tub and pool was clean and well maintained. Great affordable condo.

Staying at this condo was painless

  • 4 of 5

The condo is easy to access. The beds are comfortable, yes even the pull out. The kitchen was clean and well equipped The Rec-Center was a little difficult to get to, because of the 5+ ft of snow, but it was full of activities for adults and children. All in all a great stay.

Okay, but a few problems.

  • 3 of 5

The owner was very responsive before our stay, friendly and welcoming. The clubhouse pool and Jacuzzi were nice. The condo itself needs some tender loving care. Could use some new paint, a repair on the vanity mirror, more efficient lighting in living room, bedroom and bathroom. The comforter in the closet seemed to not be freshly cleaned. The door does not latch unless it is deadbolted. The lack of adequate lighting in the entry hallway makes it almost impossible to operate the lockbox and the key entry. One of the barstool seats is not adequately attached and is unsafe. The parking lot sign for the G building is missing and made it difficult to find in the dark. And for some reason the parking lot was not plowed well like the lots for the other buildings in the complex. I do not like to leave negative reviews, but this one needs some attention.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review! Since your stay, I have fixed the vanity, bar stool, paint, and addressed the lighting issue. Unfortunately, these items had not been brought to my attention... As for plowing and building signage, the snow fall in December brought record amounts and the plows simply struggled to keep up, and knocked out our building signage along the way. However, the letter on the building itself is still visible from the road. I was just there and the parking lots are clear.
