Glan Dowr means clear water in Cornish and is a very fitting name for

this reverse-level apartment situated in a fantastic location

overlooking the long sandy beach in East Looe. With both bedrooms

facing the sea you will awake to some glorious, uninterrupted views

with the rising sun sparkling on the bay. Enjoying gorgeous sea views

from the living rooms too, you just won't want to go home.

The apartment has been newly furnished to a high standard with solid

oak furniture, deep comfy mattresses and a completely revamped kitchen.

With two bathrooms and a separate dining room for long social evenings

it is perfect for a holiday with friends or a family break by the

seaside. The location of this apartment is so central to all that Looe

has to offer you could get away without using your car all week or even

come by train as Looe has its own branch line.




Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), bedside units, double wardrobe and

dressing table, sea views.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside units, double wardrobe and dressing

table, sea views from both windows.

Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, basin, bidet, w.c.


Kitchen: Newly fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher,

fridge/freezer, washing machine. Table and chairs.

Dining Room: Dining set for 6, sofa bed for flexible sleeping

arrangements, drawer and side unit, sea views.

Living Room: Comfy sofas and easy chair, coffee table, 42” TV with

Freeview, Blue-ray DVD player, door to balcony and sea views.

Bathroom: Electric shower, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Balcony with bistro set and panoramic views.

Communal garden shared by 5 flats in the building with access to the

beach. One private parking space for the property at the rear. Plenty

of public parking available in the Millpool Car Park 15 mins walk away.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in price. Gas central


Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own

NOTES: No smoking, no pets. WiFi provided. Important information about

internet usage. Mobile reception varies. Information about mobile

phone coverage. Please Note: Adult supervision on the balcony area at

all times. The apartment overlooks the Boscarn Pub's beer garden, which

can be busy during the daytime only. The Boscarn Pub has a night club

licence on Friday and Saturday evenings and although it is

soundproofed, guests may hear varying levels of noise from music

and from customers using the pub.

Great apartment

Nice apartment, great location right on beach front. Would be noisy at night in summer from the pub. Only downfall is hot water in shower upstairs, extremely tempremental. Would be nice if they supplied little amenities eg. a dishwasher tablet or two, most places do...
