About the property

The sea at 4 minutes quiet in the countryside-all comfort-all inclusive (except tax)

The cottage is new (open only since 22/07/17) with lots of charm, quiet, outside the village near the sea on a fenced and independent in complete independence in a property of 5000m2.

It is located at a place called KERMADEN, near the Bay of Goulven (3 minutes), in a remarkable region of the Coast of Legends (ornithological reserve, dunes of Keremma and the famous site of Ménéham).

The coastline is preserved, most of the coast is still wild.

You can practice many water sports (windsurfing, sea kayaking, kitesurfing, paddle, sand yachting ...), hiking, cycling in peace or quiet stay at the cottage, quiet to recharge your batteries.

We are at your disposal, nearby if you wish to advise you and ensure that your stay is pleasant, relaxing, exotic ...

Most of this accommodation:

-Labelled 4 ears (Gîte de France) and 3 keys (Clévacances).

- A balcony terrace of 12m2 "reserved", access is only by the large room.

-Everything is included (excluding tourist tax): Beds made on arrival (possibility of additional beds **), bathroom linen and towels (towels, washcloths, towels, tea towels) are provided free of charge.

- "near" Brest (Océanopolis, departure to the islands ...), Roscoff (island Batz ...).

-It is in a cul de sac, outside the village, 4 minutes from the first beach and 300m from a hiking trail or VTC ...

Baby welcome: high chair, cot, changing mat, bath, park, security gates, walled garden.

-Our friends pets are accepted.

- Carport and carport for motorbikes, motorcycles and bicycles (even garage for bicycles and motorbikes).

I-At the garden level:

The living room: a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, flat screen TV (108cm) / Sat channel, DVD player, mini-channel.

The dining room: a large round table with 4 leather chairs and a sideboard.

The kitchen: pyrolysis oven, micro-combined oven, 3-burner hob, island hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine / dryer, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric juicer, iron and ironing board ...

Shower room: this room is on the ground floor at the entrance. You can have a walk-in shower (120X90) and a sink area. * A hairdryer is available for both bathrooms.

WC: it is accessed directly at the entrance.

The first private terrace (18m2 / South-East orientation): The largest (outdoor dining room for 6 people, 1 table with 2 extensions, 2 chairs and 4 garden chairs) is located under the balcony-terrace. On the side, in the extension but at the same level, is a paved surface for the gas barbecue (Camping gas 4 fires / griddle, grill and oven).

The second private terrace (South orientation): The smallest. This space is reserved for reading ...

II-Upstairs (access by a "staircase-library"

A large room: this room with sloping ceilings, has two beds of 80cm X 200 cm which can, at leisure, be twinned (large bed) or not. The room is very bright thanks to a fully glazed pinion and a skylight to the south. The room has a wardrobe, 4 shelves. From the bedroom, you can access a balcony-terrace with an area of ​​12 m2 overlooking the Bay of Goulven; two loungers and a coffee table will be available on this balcony. On the same level you can have a toilet and a bathroom.

A smaller but modular room: The attic room, south side, has two beds of 90 cm X 200 cm and it is possible to add a 90cm x190cm bed. A velux illuminates this room. The bedroom has a wardrobe and 4 shelves. This space is flexible thanks to 3 sliding doors. On the same level you have a toilet and a bathroom.

Bathroom with toilet: This room is adjacent to both bedrooms; access is facilitated by a pocket door. A small velux allows to illuminate this space. It is equipped with a corner bath and a toilet.

A hairdryer is available for both bathrooms.

Your vehicle may be parked under a carport.
