10 of us (4 adults, 6 kids aged 8-14) traveled to London for an extended weekend visiting the city and the Harry Potter studios. This house was truly in a great location if you are looking for shopping, restaurants, cafés, etc. and easy access to the rest of the city. It is a few minutes' walk to Camden Market and to the underground stop and there is a bus that passes right in front of the house that brings you to Oxford Circus. We really loved the area and how easy it was to get everywhere.
The house itself was adequate for what we needed. There was enough sleeping space for all of us although the beds were only moderately comfortable and bright light came in through each of the windows in the morning making sleeping-in tough (although this was fine for us as we were happy to get up and explore the city). The kitchen was not big enough for all of us to eat and there was no living room space since we were using the couch as a bed but again, we weren't looking to spend much time in the apartment so this was ok. We had (mis)understood that there were 2 full bathrooms which wasn't the case. There was one full bathroom and one very small one with only a small shower. We found that one toilet was not enough for 10 people.
Jack was very helpful and answered each of my messages in a timely manner. Our flight was delayed and he had to come quite late to let us in but he was very understanding and we felt that if we had needed to contact him during the stay he would have been very responsive.
Note that the little Italian bar / coffee shop right across the street is part of LuggageHero and will keep your bags if you plan to stay in the city for a few hours after checking out of the house.
