This is a charming 3 bedroom Townhouse with an en-suite to the master bedroom, a large full guest bathroom and a downstairs W.C.

This small complex comprising of just 10 Townhouse in a secured gated community enjoys a shared communal pool with well maintained garden areas.

The property comprises of a large bright entrance hall which leads to a seperate kitchen area with dining table and also leads directly into the open plan lounge / diner. Open , spacious and bright, full aircon is available throughout the property.

The large open and covered terrace from the lounge are ideal for dining "al fresco". access to the pool via the private garden area of the property.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds or double ,if required ,and a shared bathroom.

The large master bedroom has an open plan dressing area and its own spacious ensuite bathroom, Nice and bright room.

The property also comes with private parking area.

About The Owner

I am married with 4 Children, who have grown up in this house and still love to spend time here. We live in Dublin , Ireland and both myself and my husband run our own businesses so we love to unwind here during summer holidays or just take in a quiet weekend.

The Owner purchased this house in 2004

Why The Owner chose Elveria

This is my favourite spot in the world and I never tire of what Marbella has to offer.

It suits all the family. You can just chill out or find a different restaurant to eat in every night . The long lunches on the beach are my favourite.

You can spend you days on the Santa Maria golf courses or play a different courses each day and choose from several outstanding courses within 5 Km.

If you like tennis there are also 3 Tennis clubs each with in 5 -10 minutes drive so you can pay as you play.

Or why not spend the day on the beach and avail of a jet ski or paddle board . You will fine a selection of beach restaurant for a leisurely lunch .

What makes this house unique

This property is bright, spacious, comfortable ,and has been well maintained over the years.

With my experience as a property stager and interior designer I like to think that the property works for all the family , comfortable sitting room and outdoor dining ,makes for a relaxing space to enjoy with family and friends . The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and the bedding and towels are new and fresh with comfortable beds, so you get a good nights sleep.

Beautiful and comfortable townhouse

Really comfortable place, packed with everything you could possibly need for a nice stay in Marbella. The owner is more than friendly and accommodating. If there was ever a problem, the property managers were there to take care of the issues and make sure you had nothing to worry about. Great neighborhood, quiet and friendly. Not walking distance to the beach, but a very short drive (two to five minutes) anywhere. I highly recommend it.

Ideal location for travelling and sightseeing around the area, such as , La Cala - Calahonda boardwalk -Great if you like to walk the beach, and stop for breakfast or lunch along the way.

Visit Orange Square in Marbella and see the old Spanish style buildings and has great restaurants and shops .

El rincon is a nice quiet development ,yet has easy to access all local facilities of Elviria centre ,8 min walking distance, offering a large selection of bars and restaurants.

Santa Maria golf club is just a 5 minute walk from the villa .

15 minute walk to the beautiful Elviria beach with a great selection of beach restaurants including Nikki beach and the 5 star Don Carlos hotel beach club.

For the Kids try the Aventura Amazonia for zip lines and tree climbing adventure park. It will keep them entertained for hours. Car recommended if you want to see the sights but not essential if you want to use Uber for short journeys, if you don't want to walk , as reliable service. Or if you just want to hang by the

quiet pool and BBQ in the evening you have all you need to chill in the villa, with satellite tv in sitting room and master bedroom, along with internet access.
