About the property

4 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, off street parking, 2 bathrooms & downstairs loo

We're centrally located & have allocated private parking.

Our home is a short, flat walk to the city centre. As this is our home it's great for families (with kids) and big groups.

It's a cosy home set in a private little enclave. Close to the city but you won't hear a single car as we are tucked around the corner from any roads.

Our home is part of a grade 2 listed converted late Victorian workhouse. It is a beautiful 3 storey building made of Bath stone. It's a really peaceful location even though Walcot is right near the city centre.

The top floor has the double bedroom with ensuite shower room, the family bathroom & the twin bedroom. If you need to work there is a desk on the landing on the top floor.

On the middle of the 3 floors there is another sitting room - perhaps for the children - which has an Xbox 1 which you're more than welcome to use.

There are two single bedrooms on the middle floor. On the landing there' a piano you might want to play on.

On the ground floor there's a large entrance hall where you can hang coats. We have an open plan dining & sitting room. This flows into the kitchen. There's also a downstairs loo & door onto the shared garden.

There is also an allocated parking space which you can use.

Just around the corner from a supermarket & a 24 hour garage.

You can have to run of the whole house. It'll be your home from home.

We can leave you entirely to your own devices. Or, if you need any help with places to eat, things to see or do then just let us know.

We have a lovely shared garden at the back of the house. We have a table & chairs & BBQ that you're welcome to use in the garden.

We are a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Walcot is a great part of Bath. There is an eclectic mix of shops & Georgian buildings.

About The Owner

I live in Bath with my 15 year old twin boys. I run a children's wallpaper company - PaperBoy Wallpaper - so you might spot the odd wallpaper in the house that we make.

I love a comfortable sofa, soft lighting and my dog. Oh. And my children of course.

I guess my life motto is 'work hard & be nice to people'.

It's great that we can share our home with you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
