Sonja 1 apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 5) is a 50 sq.m. newly built modern beachfront apartment in Kalamaki, Chania. Its privileged location, right in front of the sea and among many beautiful fully organized sandy beaches and tourist amenities areas, makes the apartment an ideal choice. There is an unlimited variety of fish taverns, every kind of restaurants, beach bars and a vivid atmosphere during day and night. All these in a unique, splendid natural environment of a combination of peninsulas and crystal clear waters.

The apartment consists of a sophisticated decorated living room, with comfortable sofas. One of the sofas can turn into a comfortable bed. There is a dining table and at the same area a fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen. In front of the living room, there is a big balcony equipped with patio furniture, just in front of the blue sea and with an unobstructed view to the whole area.

There are two modern, cozy and comfortable double bed bedrooms, beautifully decorated and a common modern fully equipped bathroom.

The apartment shares a common swimming pool with its twin sister apartments and has separate furnished with long chairs and umbrella relaxing areas for every apartment. The pool covers all needs, long enough to exercise and swim comfortable as well as to have fun and play games.

Just by the apartment, there is plenty of free enclosed parking spaces.

Kalamaki area is as famous as Chania city itself. It is just 5km from Chania city center, 20km from Souda airport and 1,3 km from the national road to Kissamos, Rethymno or Heraklion. The area is full of all possible amenities and attractions, from daytime supermarkets, ATMs, taverns and beach games to unlimited nightlife beach bars, bars and clubs.

We would like to inform you that on 01 Jan 2018 a new government tax was activated for all the reservations at all hotels and apartments, which is NOT included on the given total price. The extra cost is 0.50 euro per night and is payable directly, on the spot in cash.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung.

Die whohnung liegt sehr gut. Zwischen der Wohnung in dem Strand ist nur eine Straße (diese ist allerdings sehr befahren und daher schon laut).

Close to the beach ;-)

The appartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only small downside is the street in front which can be a bit noisy. The appartment itself is great. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard.
