Right in the heart of one of the world’s greatest cities, 5 minutes away from the underground, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, this is the perfect location for any visit to London, whether it’s forbusiness, a family holiday or even a weekend adventure.

The apartment has a large bedroom with an exquisite king sized bed, a second bedroom with a luxurious double bed and an extra mattress which can sleep another two people in the lounge Lovely polished flooring is laid throughout this spacious apartment and with large windows in many of the rooms, there’s no shortage of light beaming into your London home from home.

The apartment has everything you could possibly desire from such a glorious holiday let, including wireless internet and a large flat screen television. The open plan living and kitchen area provide the perfect space for you and your friends or family to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal together.

The apartment is a 4 minute walk from Royal Oak Underground Station and a 10 minute walk from Bayswater station and Queensway station which are operated by different lines - Central, District and Circle. Central line is running 24h every Friday and Saturday evening. Also, the apartment is at less than 15 minutes walk from Paddington, one of London’s largest train stations. Paddington gives you direct access to numerous UK destinations via National Rail services, while London Victoria (home of National Express and Megabus coach services) is only a short journey by underground. Both these stations have direct routes to Heathrow Airport and there is a high speed link to Gatwick Airport from Victoria, making this apartment easily accessible. 20 minutes walk to the south of your beautiful apartment is one of London’s most famous open spaces, Hyde Park. Hyde Park is one of England’s most beautiful parks, where you’ll find the Serpentine Gallery and Kensington Palace with Kensington Gardens spread out beside it, the winding Serpentine River and the proud Albert Memorial, all serving to make this an area of rich culture.

If you find yourself out late at night, then London Night Tube services are now running on the Central and Victoria lines. Night Tube services on the Jubilee line will start 7 October 2016 and the Northern and Piccadilly lines will be running through the night from later in the Autumn. The Night Tube will be a 24-hour service on Fridays and Saturdays.

As you emerge from the south side of Hyde Park, past the Albert Memorial, you’ll find yourself at the steps of the Royal College of Art and the Royal Albert Hall. These two buildings alone are an incredible sight, but this journey is only just beginning. As you walk past these two buildings you’ll see the great Imperial College London where the minds of tomorrow are being moulded.

As you admire the great architecture you’d be forgiven for not seeing the Science Museum right behind you. This building, along with the Natural History Museum next door, marks one of the most popular tourist destinations in the entire city. Mind blowing exhibitions greet you in both museums; a real treat for any visitor.

It’s amazing to think all of these attractions are within walking distance of your apartment, but just slightly further afield there are some more wonderful sights to enjoy. Board the underground at Paddington and within 30 minutes you’ll reach the Thames and one of London’s most famous stretches of architecture and historical importance.

Getting off the underground at Green Park will put you on the doorstep of Constitution Hill, the stretch leading up to the gates of Buckingham Palace. From here you’ll be surrounded by beauty, Buckingham Palace Gardens to one side, Green park on another and finally St James’s Park. As you walk past this stretch you’ll see Westminster Abbey looming over the banks of The Thames, with Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament standing alongside it. It’s certainly one of the most impressive sites in the whole city and an absolute treat for anyone; tourist or local.

House Rules - Additional Rules:

The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!

There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

• Maximum group size: 4

• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties

• No candles

• Dispose of rubbish appropriately

• Keep the property clean and tidy

• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee

**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!

***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.
