Bay View: 1 dbl en suite, 2 twins, hot tub, BBQ, family and dog friendly
Bay View is a fabulous all-year-round holiday home with a real wow factor!
Whether it’s morning coffee on the decking, afternoon tea in the huge kitchen diner with its floor to ceiling sliding doors, an afternoon nap in the living room or a sundowner in the hot tub after a busy day walking the Coastal Path, the ever-changing and breath-taking views of the beach and St Bride’s Bay are always present.
The generous open-plan kitchen diner is well equipped with everything you need to cook family meals. If something is missing just let us know and we will try and provide it in time for your next visit. There is however a good range of dining options in the vicinity if you don’t want to cook. Fish and chips and a bottle of wine on the beach is a great favourite of ours. The comfy seating area is the perfect spot for an early morning cuppa.
The spacious lounge is fully equipped with comfortable seating that centres on the picture windows overlooking the sea. A cute children’s book corner, a wide range of board games and puzzles as well as a 49 inch smart TV provide hours of fun. As you have unlimited, super-fast fibre-optic WiFi (fair usage policy) you’ll never miss out on your favourite programmes. There’s a USB port by every bed as well as in the reception rooms to keep all your electronic devices fully charged.
The master bedroom is decorated in calming hues and has a contemporary en suite shower room set behind a wall of opaque sea-coloured glass. The pretty enclosed garden has raised decking to maximise on the views while you dine, comfortable garden furniture as well as a BBQ area and a high quality hot tub for 6. There is also a lockable shed for you to store surf boards etc

About Martyn and Hilary Brookes
Martyn and I moved to Wales after living for 24 years in the foothills of the Alps. We hadn't realised just how much we had missed the sea until we visited Pembrokeshire. We were hooked from the word go. When we found Bay View it was rather stuck in a 1970's time warp but we were quite simply blown away by the views. Whatever the weather the outlook is always stunning. We want your holiday to be relaxing and fun. We are always available at the end of a phone to do anything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Martyn and Hilary Brookes purchased this Bungalow in 2011
Why Martyn and Hilary Brookes chose Broad Haven
Quite simply - because of the huge windows overlooking the sea from both the living room and the kitchen/diner.
What makes this Bungalow unique
On our very first visit to Bay View we sat with a glass of wine in our hands and watched as the sun slowly sank into the sea. The feeling of freedom and tranquillity was extraordinary. As we gazed out to sea we realised that there is nothing between us and America except the ever-changing sky and the sea. During the winter of 2016/17 we completed gutted the bungalow to create a contemporary, luxury living space that is both family and dog friendly. The garden was completely landscaped and a large hot tub was added. For those of you that enjoy walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is just a stone's throw from the house. Each morning we walk along Broad Haven's Blue Flag sandy beach to get the paper and a pint of milk and in the evening we walk along the sand to one of the wonderful pubs or restaurants in Broad Haven or Little Haven to enjoy a pint - or two!
