Hawkins is a spacious comfortable two room apartment on the first floor of a Victorian terrace house located on a quiet residential road in Plymouth. There is free on street parking and excellent bus and train links to the city centre, Cornwall and Derriford nearby plus shops and other facilities. Multi award winning Devonport Park is close by with the Soapbox children's theatre.
The bedroom has a 4'6" wooden slatted double bed and is heated by an electric radiator. The ensuite has a we, basin, electric shower and heated towel rail. The living room has a comfortable sofa which is also a sofa bed providing sleeping accommodation for up to two more people. There is also a comfortable leather swivel chair and footstool. There is a selection of books, a TV and the room benefits from an electric radiator as well as a gas fire. The kitchen is fully fitted out with fridge freezer, oven plus hob, a washing machine , kettle, toaster, microwave and everything needed to make guests feel instantly at home.

Lucy is such a caring and warm owner. I was surprised to receive a call and text message on my arrival day to see how I settled well and a visit the following day to ensure everything is alright. I'll definitely book the same apartment again in future.

Nice little place
Nice little 2 room apartment; comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Welcome email from owner on arrival day. 2 minutes walk from Dockyard railway station and Co-Op. Parking on the street outside was always available.
Comfortable apartment, convenient for the Torpoint ferry
Recommend stroll up the road to take in the view from the Mount Pleasant Redoubt

Convenient and very well appointed
This apartment came with some nice extras like shelves in the bathroom for guests items, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. The bed was cushy and the heating systems were good. Clothes washer and drying rack were put to good use. One very nice thing was the checkin process. Shortly before you arrive tthe owner sends an email with the front door code and the way to pick up your key to the apartment. Parking on the street was always available.
Well apointed apartment in a handy location
The apartment has been finished to a high standard and has everything needed. Car parking is on street but during our stay we were always able to park just outside. Lucy was very welcoming and did her best to make sure we had a comfortable stay.
