This newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse is located perfectly in Dublin City Centre boasting a 2 minute walk to Christchurch Cathedral, 4 minutes to Temple Bar and 10 minutes to Grafton Street area. Modern and comfortable decor with Wifi & DigitalTV

This newly refurbished redbrick terrace house is located perfectly within Dublin City with most of Dublin's attractions within walking distance including Christchurch Cathedral which is only 250m away from the house.

Our city centre townhouse offers our guests comfortable accommodation in Dublin City comprising of two comfortable double beds for a good night’s sleep. Bathroom with always available hot water shower and heated towel rail along with toilet, sink, mirror etc.

The kitchen comes with fridge/freezer, 5 ring gas hob, gas oven, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, crockery etc.. The house is stocked with tea, coffee, milk, washing powder along with iron, ironing board and other household items.

There is on street parking which is paid between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and free on a Saturday and Sunday. The house is located within minutes’ walk to Temple Bar, Dame Street, Guinness Storehouse/Brewery and George’s Street. Graton Street (Dublin’s famous shopping street) is about 15 minutes’ walk from the house. The house is easily reachable by Bus, Luas (Tram)/ Bike or Taxi.

Located within 3 minutes’ walk is a convenience store called ‘Spar’ which you can pick up food and drink supplies. There is a Tesco supermarket located within 5 minutes walk. Also a 3 minute walk from the house is Ireland’s oldest pub called the Brazen Head. This is worth a look!

The house is comprised of two floors with both bedrooms & bathroom upstairs and kitchen/utility/living area and courtyard on the ground floor. Guests have access to the whole house independently. There is a full sized kitchen with all mod-cons - 5 ring gas hob, fan oven, large integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery etc. and we also provide an iron and ironing board. Guests can relax at our modern glass kitchen table and chairs or recline on the comfy sofa! Plenty of towels and spare linen provided on request. Unlimited wifi and digital TV provided.
