What makes this Townhome unique
Pool / Spa
was great to have BD party there. It is difficult to find place where dogs are welcome. Special thanks to Eric to offer this option!! Our dog is well trained and love to be with us and our guests. Everyone enjoyed the party.
Well kept, great view, spacious accommodations, and a great shared space.
We spent our time playing pool, cooking, and watching football after some great hikes of Starved Rock. This property is tucked a little ways behind the other lodging, but the front desk was kind enough to provide a map. The water out back was a nice touch, and it was a lot of fun being able to retire to this comfortable cabin.
Perfect spot for a one night get together with friends👍
This condo worked out great for our group to hang out for a night away from home and have a meal together. The qty of animal mounts are insane but interesting for sure. Pool table was fun haven’t played in awhile so that worked out good. We also took a mini “hike” and walked to an outdoor gazebo bar somewhere in the complex which was cool. As noted the water smells not so good but for us it was a non issue. Place was clean and we would stay again for sure.
Clean & plenty room for large families!
House was clean and roomy for our 9 people. Animal Decor was a bit too much for us.
Plenty of sheets, pillows blankets & towels.
Only things we found was pots & pans were very dirty & could not get clean enough to use.
Oven was very dirty. We took the recommendation of previous reviews and brought our own coffee maker.
Nice area and town.
Great location near the state parks and nice big cabin
We had a great time with family exploring Starved Rock State Park, which was just down the road from the cabin. The cabin was nice and big and the owner was very accommodating.
Unique cabin was the perfect getaway for a big group.
We had an amazing time at this cabin celebrating two birthdays. We had nine people with us, but there’s room for way more than that. The back porch is a beautiful place to hang out, but it does need quite a bit of TLC. Some of the floor boards had holes in them and others feel a little soft. Overall, I’d say if you’re an easy going group this is the perfect place. The stuffed animals are a little spooky, but we named them and gave them all personalities. If you do plan to stay here, be sure to bring some bottled water cause the water smells. It’s fine to shower in, but we didn’t trust drinking it or soaking in it in one of the big tubs. Otherwise the place is killer. We’re already talking about coming back later in the summer.
