Just a 15-minute walk from the center of Cortina and a few meters from the municipal bus stop which allows you to reach in just a few minutes not just the slopes of the various ski areas (Faloria, Tofana, 5 Towers, Cristallo, etc ..) but including the Ice Stadium, Country and Apolloni Tennis Centers, the Dolomiti Bicycle Trail, Cortina Golf and many other sports facilities in this tourist destination.
The apartment measures 230 square meters and has been furnished by a famous architect, so that it can be often photographed and published on design magazines. The comfort, relaxation and ample characteristics of this home make it ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
Consisting of a large living room with comfortable sofas, a maxi screen with video projector and an imperial wooden table that accommodates all 13 guests. Super-equipped kitchen, habitable with table and lap-bench. There are 5 all-en-suite bedrooms, including one with Jacuzzi and one with Hammam (Sauna and Turkish Bath).

Luxurious and spacious appartment. But underground and no views.
This appartment is very spacious and is decorated to very high levels. The kitchen was well equiped with the full range of utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were of good sizes and well designed. However the main weakness is that it is in the sub-basement, underground. There are no views and poor outside lighting. Some bedrooms only have airvents not windows. Appartment is located under parking and outside wooden walkways. Consequently it was noisy above your head when people walked outside on the wooden wallkway. Finally the rental agency - d4u - was unresponsive and poor quality.
La casa è bella, funzionale e ben tenuta.

Dal 1 ottobre al 15 aprile le spese di riscaldamento ed energia elettrica verranno conteggiate a parte (prezzo forfettario di €40, al giorno) e dovranno essere pagate al momento del check-in in contanti o carta di credito. Per check-in serali verrà applicato un supplemento da pagare all'arrivo (dalle 20:00 alle 23:00 € 25, dalle 23:00 in poi €45). Dopo le ore 22:00 bisogna mantenere il volume basso nel rispetto degli altri condomini.
