Spacious 2 bed first floor apartment which has been totally refitted in 2017

Flat 4 Kinbrae is located on the first floor of the building and benefits from an allocated parking space.

The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms. One has a king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width) and one has a super king bed (UK size 6 foot width) and this bed has the added advantage that it can be split in two to create a twin room. Both bedrooms have a lot of storage space and are tranquil.

The apartment has a newly refitted bathroom with a wonderful oversized shower and high quality fittings and fixtures. We supply a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries.

The kitchen has also been completely refitted and is modern and exceptionally well equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and large fridge freezer. We supply a complimentary welcome pack of teas, coffees etc.

Finally, there is a good sized dining / living room where there is space for 4 people to dine and where there is also a large leather sofa that can accommodate 4 people with ease.

The apartment building is situated in the Wellswood area of Torquay which is just a five minute drive from the harbour and town centre. Kinbrae was the birthplace and childhood home of comedian Peter Cook. It is a five minute walk to the superb Kent's Pub and the amenities of what is locally known as Wellswood Village. These include a delicatessen, patisserie, convenience store, two restaurants, cafes, a florist, a pharmacist, a post office, hair salons, beauty salons and much more besides.

The apartment is ideally placed to explore all that the English Riviera has to offer. It has a parking space but is also just a few seconds from key bus routes that enable visitors to travel across the whole of the English Riviera as well as to towns and cities beyond such as Dartmouth, Totnes, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Exeter and Plymouth.
