Well appointed apartment located at Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club. Sunny, secluded garden overlooks golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros. Gated access to nearby shared pool. Spacious lounge and dining area includes dining table with 4 leather chairs, 3 seater settee and 2 armchairs, Freeview Sony flat screen TV, DVD and CD players and FREE WI-FI. Well equipped kitchen and utility room with mostly Bosch appliances including 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer, tumble dryer. The master bedroom features king size bed (memory foam mattress), en-suite with bath/shower, bidet, WC, his and hers vanity unit and benefits from private sun terrace. Two further bedrooms with twin beds in each room, all with comfortable mattresses. Shower room with vanity unit and WC. The apartment has marble floors, A/C and heating. Three outside terraces furnished with 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and Weber kettle barbecue. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay including cooking utensils, towels and change of bedding.

Costa del Sol - a few minutes drive from the coast this is a great base to get away from it all and yet have everything you need close at hand. This semi detached, ground floor apartment is the former show home, decorated to high standards by interior designers and is fully equipped for use by the owners. 115m2 living space, 41m2 outdoor terrace, private garden and designated underground car parking space.

The spacious lounge diner leads out through double doors to an attractive front line golf facing private garden with 3 terraces. Outside furniture includes dining table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and Weber barbecue. Both the master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have garden access and views. All 3 bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and a safe is provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room. The Freeview Sony flatscreen TV offers all the main free to view UK channels including BBC. CD and DVD players are provided. Free Wifi and sports tv channels available at clubhouse. There is parking outside or in the underground car park below the apartment with access via lift.

Lifestyle: A car is essential and we can recommend a reliable care hire service who will meet you at Malaga airport. This is a great base for golfers, couples and families with small children who want to be near everything the coast has to offer but prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle. This is a place where you can relax in the peaceful garden or by the pool and yet be close to sporting activities, shopping, days out and good restaurants.

San Pedro is an authentic Spanish town and is the nearest beach and shopping centre. Puerto Banus is approx 10 mins drive away with its numerous bars, restaurants, marina, beaches and nightlife. Marbella is approx 20 min away and you can take a slow drive through the hills to Ronda which takes about an hour. Some of the best restaurants are in old Benahavis town about 25 min from Los Arqueros. The fabulous historic cities of Seville, Cadiz, Granada and Cordoba are a few hours drive away, perfect for a city break mid holiday.

Eating Out: Highly recommended are La Casita restaurant at nearby La Heredia (further up the road towards Ronda) where the chef trained with Gordon Ramsay and the K Bar next door for pre dinner drinks. Laguna Village near Estepona is an ab fab beachside location. For Tapas, join the locals at Bar de la Pinxta (next to the Hard Rock Cafe in Puerto Banus) take a seat at the bar and help yourself to hot or cold tapas, you are charged by the number of cocktail sticks on your plate. For fresh seafood at reasonable prices by the beach at La Caricola (Fuengirola) sardines are barbecued on the beach, also recommended at Benalmadina/Torremolenos promenade are La Jabega or Larry's nearby. El Coto is approx 1 mile north of the development on the road to Ronda and offers great dining all year round, outdoors in summer and in front of open fires in winter. And finally if you really have to eat fish and chips, Peggotys at Urb. El Pillar has been visited by many famous UK celebs. Dine in or takeaway.

Very relaxing holiday

We had a loverly stay with our two teenage children, the accommodation was very comfortable and we enjoyed the private garden and terrace at the front; leading to the shared pool. The grounds are very well maintained and luscious, with amazing views. Access to Marbella and Puerto Banus was easy by car and Benehavis with its restaurants is only a short drive away.

Super Apartment

My family and I stayed at this apartment at the end of June 2017 for 9 nights. The apartment is as advertised, smart, very clean and comfortable to say the least. Well equipped, with everything you need.

The pool area is quite. with enough sunbeds for all, my boys (twins aged 9) really enjoyed swimming and playing there. It was very quite but this was down to the fact, that the schools had not broken up, we would of like some children around for company for the our boys, but this did not spoil our stay.

You really need a car to enjoy all the lovely places to visit nearby, Rhonda, Marbella, Estepona to name but a few. The water park and nearby Selwo zoo are great days out for the kids.

Would we stay there again - Yes 100% but just ensure the schools had broken up, this was our error not the apartments.

A Pleasure to Deal with

It was a pleasure to correspond with Dawn, the owner who was always prompt, helpful and very pleasant. My family thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, the tranquillity of the garden and the proximity of the swimming pool. One small downside was the mobile reception and wifi but at least that gave them more peace!

We appreciate that free wifi is increasingly important to our guests and when we visit we like to use our mobile devices too. Unfortunately your husband didn't tell us he was having issues with wifi during his stay. I have forwarded your comments to our community's technical support. They say that the community's internet has high speed, although sometimes newcomers can have difficulty with their devices, and if it had been reported at the time, someone would have been on hand to help. Enjoyable and Comfortable Stay

Well kept house and gardens making for an easy and enjoyable stay. Very glad the property had air conditioning which made for an excellent nights sleep. The apartment is well equipped and has a very nice shared swimming pool area.

The boys enjoyed the golf course and the Club House is very reasonably priced for good food and drink.

Well worth a visit to Ronda (old town) and San Pedro is in easy reach for the Supermarket and has a couple of very nice restaurants in the town. MIjas which is about 45 minutes drive is a beautiful Spanish town with nice shops and good places to eat.

Will definitely come again and very happy to recommend this property to stay in.

Fantastic apartment in a very tranquil settling not too far off the beaten track !

Great spot not too far away from the main Andalucian attractions. The apartment has everything you need for your stay with the added bonus of having the private pathway directly to the pool - well set up for our young family.

The owners were very helpful from start to finish and certainly know the surrounding areas very well, with all of their recommendations hitting the mark. We particularly loved San Pedro and of course Ronda !

Stunning, luxurious holiday home

This is a beautiful well equipped spotlessly clean holiday home. Our family has had 9 wonderful days here. This is the 6th year of renting upon this coastline between Marbella and Duquesa and this was by far the best and most relaxing environment we have stayed. The whole area is so clean and the grounds well maintained, the golf course and surroundings are beautiful with a lovely restaurant at the clubhouse with very welcoming staff and is a lovely place to be in the evenings. The home is excellent and has all you need with plenty of space inside and out, is very clean with premium appliances and excellent security. The grounds are also very secure which is great for those like us with children. We kept the blinds down all week and the rooms stayed cool even in 30+ heat though we used the air con once which is very efficient . Having the private garden with direct access to the swimming pool via a gate was great to allow our teenage children freedom to go back and forth . Plenty of sunbeds and shade! The supermarket, petrol station and town was a 5-10 min drive in to san pedro and there's everthing else you need within a short drive in any direction . We highly recommend this home and will definitely return .

Located between San Pedro de Alcantara and Benahavis. Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club is situated a few minutes drive from the coast, via the road to Ronda A376 approx. 40 min drive from Malaga Airport via the E15/AP7 motorway. This secluded garden apartment enjoys uninterrupted golf views, communal pool and nearby family-friendly golf club bar/restaurant, golf and tennis. Only a few minutes drive from excellent tapas bars, restaurants, authentic local markets and beaches. Nearby San Pedro has supermarkets, garages, banks, reasonably priced restaurants, shops and a beach with promenade. The quaint gourmet town of Benahavis has superb restaurants. Puerto Banus and Marbella offer the glamour of designer shops, night-life, harbour-side dining, beach clubs etc. For children there are beaches, animal and water theme parks within driving distance (e.g. Selwo, Fuengirola, Mijas Costa). Recommended days out include historic Ronda and Malaga (with its Picasso Museum and castle) and Gibraltar

Golf: Set amidst the Sierra Blanca Mountains, just inland from Puerto Banus harbour, Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club boasts an 18 hole par 72 golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros. The course requires precision play, especially from some of the narrow tee boxes where drive distance can be sacrificed in exchange for teeing off with irons or shorter woods to ensure that the ball lands on the fairway. The back nine and the club house terrace offer beautiful sea views of Marbella, the Mediterranean and Gibraltar whilst the front nine offers lakes and hills where you may even spot a mountain eagle.

The Costa Del Sol has the perfect climate for all year round golf and within a few minutes drive are several quality courses including: La Quinta, Monte Mayor, Aloha, Los Naranjas, Royal Guadalmena, El Higueral, Atalaya and El Paraiso.
