About Amy Ng
I am a business real property owner and I also work for federal government as an accountant (CGA). I have been enjoying this condo and will retire here. Currently, I would like to share this space with others to appreciate the proximity of all attractions in downtown Ottawa/Gatineau. Recently, I have been focusing more on vacation rental due to its dynamic feature. Vacation rental is one of my many passions, dealing with customers and learning from each other. I have developed excellent relationships with my clients via Ottawa/Hull vacation rental as well as Victoria BC rental (Property Number 515604). Every guest has his/her unique requirements and I have been trying to fulfill most of them. As this is my first year to welcome short vacation rental guests in Ottawa, please refer to a number of decent reviews for my Victoria vacation rental since I started my vacation rental in 2013 (VRBO property No. 515604).

Why Amy Ng chose
I am a city person but I enjoy the tranquility of waterfront condo, there is magnificent view of Museum of History, Ottawa River and Parliament Hill.
What makes this Condo unique
Again, I have to emphasize the importance of city living. We do provide an indoor parking with a $10 per day, but you will enjoy walking around the city without worrying about having a car.

Best view in town?
We loved the views overlooking the Ottawa River with the Rideau Falls directly across. Tour Notre-Dame is situated next to Brewery Creek, and the mouth of the Gatineau River is beyond, so there is an abundance of greenspace nearby. The apartment is light and airy, although the bathroom is tiny. The 2 queen beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is adequate. Both the fridge and the oven are missing racks. Amy was quick to respond to burnt-out light bulbs, etc. Did I mention the fabulous walk into town via the Interprovincial Bridge? Friendly folk in the elevators. There's even a depanneur off the lobby.
Amazing view and great location
This apartment was perfect for our group of 3 - comfortable and perfectly situated for what we wanted to do in downtown Ottawa/Parliament Hill. Also did not realize when I booked it that we were right across the street from Jacques Cartier Park. The view was everything we hoped it would be - a great experience!
Amazing views and great location
The value for the price of this condo rental is fantastic. The views and location are wonderful. The condo is modest with a tiny balcony and modest renovations/furnishings/decor/kitchen equipment but the views are priceless. Be aware there is no central air conditioning so the two bedrooms are quite warm despite individual fans for each room (we visited in the summer heat). Parking is an additional $16 per day but well worth it for secure, underground, reserved parking. There is access to a building laundromat for a small fee. I would stay here again and was very pleased!
We recently stayed five nights @ this condo. The unit was clean, well equipped, beds were comfortable & the view is amazing. Amy was @ the condo to greet us & was very helpful in answering any of our questions. Thanks Amy for letting us stay @ your lovely condo.
as we expect, clean and good location
We meet Amy at our arrival. She explained everything
Easy to communicate with Amy.
Our stay was as we expect, great location. Closed to everything
Our only recommandation: A real dinning table could be great. The small pub table was acceptable for 2 for quick diner. As the condo have 2 bedroom, dinner table will be not enough large for 4 people
I recommand this condo. we will return for a futur vacation
Thanks Amy !!
Nice apartment in a great location!
We recently stayed at Amy’s 17th floor waterfront condo, and as others have said the views are truly amazing! The location of the apartment is great too, as it is close to everything. Amy was very accommodating, and gave us a good orientation to the apartment and the building.
The apartment has basic furnishings, was comfortable and clean. There is only a single air conditioner in the living room/kitchen area, and we were there during an unusually hot period (33C+/100F+ days). Amy was kind enough to put the air conditioner on early on the day we arrived, so it was comfortable in the living room. The two bedrooms and bathroom are down the hall, and therefore were warmer than the living room was.
We were glad to have the underground parking, as it made bringing stuff in very easy. The one thing to note is, for a stay of over 3 days there was an additional daily charge for the parking.
We were very pleased with our stay overall, and Amy was a gracious host. On our next trip to the Ottawa/Gatineau area we would definitely stay here again.

The Ottawa/Gatineau region looks like an elaborate painting blended with a modern metropolitan city. Nestled at the meeting of three major rivers – the Ottawa River, the Gatineau River, and the Rideau River – Canada’s capital city has 19th century architecture and outdoor landscapes made to charm any visitor.
The most popular site in Ottawa is the Rideau Canal, which cuts through the heart of the region. Many residents and tourists can be seen having picnics or relaxing on an afternoon break near the canal. In the winter, when this massive body of streaming water is completely frozen over, the canal transforms into the world’s largest ice skating rink. This alone is a sight enough to make the trip.
Also Gatineau Park is another park reflecting nature beauty which will takes one’s breath away. The Park is huge. The Pink Lake hike is a must see. This park is wonderful with unique plants and wildlife,, one can do some cycling, camping hiking giving peaceful and tranquility to one’s life one can also walk around Pink Lake, taking about 20 minutes to go around the lake. It is called Pink Lake but in fact it is green reflecting different kinds of minerals. This is the reason probably it is named Pink Lake after the Pink family.
Also, a bit more aggressive, the Skyline trail has excellent views especially spectacular in the fall. The Mackenzie estate (Past Prime Minister's cottage) is worth the trip. Take your canoe to Meech Lake. (Start at trail 40 and paddle North - there's a cool stream to paddle away. The terrain is very varied, views are great, the trails are well marked, getting there by car is a breeze, and parking is easy. Some of the trails are challenging, and involve a lot of climbing, fording streams, and so on. But some of the trails are easy to do in walking shoes, so there really is something for everyone. The most beautiful time of the year is in the fall. Leaves turn color and it is the most beautiful scene. You can walk for hours and children can enjoy playing in the leaves. Beautiful in the winter and summer for people who like to bike in the summer and snow shoe in the winter. Absolutely beautiful!
