Just spent a lovely weekend at the Lookout at Whale Cove. The apartment was very well appointed, very comfortable and spacious. But the views from the balcony were what made it fantastic - uninterrupted views across the whole bay. I would have been happy just to sit there all weekend. Well worth a visit and would highly recommend. Mike and friends, Cape Town, South Africa
The apartment is large, well equipped, and clean. The balcony is terrific, and the main room has a nice view of the bay. The master bedroom also has a great view; the other two bedrooms do not, but they are nice rooms. Communication with the owner and agent was clear and timely.
We loved the coastal walk right in front of the building and walked to the nature preserve, which is beautiful. We enjoyed quiet DeKelders and this apartment.
We so enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. Watching whales from the balcony in the afternoon and evening sun was fantastic. Loved having bbq on balcony. Could do with more than one shower but there are 3 toilets. Highly recommended.
We just want to say thank you for the use of your apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is lovely, warm and very comfortable and so well-appointed, to say nothing of the neatness! You have really catered to ensure that your guests are comfortable in every respect and feel at home, thanks to the small details which are often forgotten in self-catering places.
The views over False Bay are amazing.
The apartment is also situated in a beautiful region, with many places of interest to visit.
The only thing we missed was WIFI access.
We will definitely come again.
We had a fantastic time in this tranquil setting, yet still found it to be within easy travelling distance of many local places of interest. It was wonderful to sleep with the sound of the sea and the whales in your ears rather than the urban traffic! A lovely holiday, thank you!
Cosy, spotless and beautifully furnished apartment that comfortably slept the family. The balcony's cliff-edge view over all of Walker Bay makes one feel part of the whales lolling or breaching below. Who needs TV? The kids had loads of fun riding bikes on the quiet roads, and there are plenty of walking paths for the grownups. It was really nice to be within walking distance of the nearby restaurant when tired of cooking, and being able to pay for a service to wash and iron our clothes also helped the relaxation factor. Highly recommended!
WoW, wat an amazing apartment and what a great view.
We had a great time in this large and very clean apartment.
When we arrived we saw a lot of whales, beautiful.
When possible we will come back to this place.
Thanks for staying at this place.
