It has three floors: ground floor with access to the house (entrance porch, two bedrooms with two beds each, bathroom, closets, etc.) First floor with access to the house (living room with access to terrace, fully equipped kitchen all the necessary utensils, toilet. Attic floor (master bedroom with double bed and bathroom, access to terrace, large separate jacuzzi with access to terrace) and a garret room (solarium and veranda).

The house is furnished and equipped with everything you need, you belong 2 private parking.

The resort has 2 lifts in common areas, pool and paddle.

It is located in the heart of zahara village, a few meters from the beach, in their vicinity are all amenities, supermarket, pharmacy, food market, bars and a health center.

Zahara is a small fishing village south of Spain, near the Strait of Gibraltar on the Atlantic side. Its extensive beaches and fine clean sands have made it ideal for the construction and maintenance of the gear used for fishing for bluefin tuna coveted. Arts that were brought by the Phoenicians and then were exploited by the Romans, there are archaeological remains in the environment, also Arabs, who have endured to this day.

It is consolidated as a fishing village when the Duke of Medina Sidonia built the Palace of Batteries in the fifteenth century, conceived both as a military fortress to defend invaders and pirates as a factory for the exploitation of fishing for bluefin tuna concerned.

This privileged spot is nestled in the foothills of two mountain ranges, from where it opens to the sea with 16 miles of beaches that reach the town of Barbate, with crystalline waters and incomparable sand strong light colors highlighting the green, turquoise and blue deep contrasting with the silver and gold sunsets.

Also this place has more than 2 600 hours of sunshine per year and average temperatures between 12º and 24º Celsius, where nature is breathed in the broadest sense of the sea, beach and mountains, it being possible in this environment the practice of all possible outdoor sports such as diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, paragliding, golf, tennis, paddle tennis, hiking, horseback riding, polo and etc. you must discover.

All this combined with a rich cuisine, mainly fish, which highlights significantly, as it can not be otherwise, bluefin tuna is now almost entirely exported to Japan.

Very recommendable apartment in downtown Zahara

I really enjoyed my stay in Zahara. It's a wonderful little town in Costa de Luz where I'll definitely come back again. My family and I love the location and the beaches in the area.

We spend 10+ days in this condominium last June. It's well located in downtown Zahara, just few minutes away from the beach. My family and I felt very comfortable in this place with all amenities. It was really clean and the guys owning it are very friendly.

Highly recommendable apartment if you're planning to visit Zahara.

La vivienda es nueva, luminosa y muy bonita. Nos la entregaron muy limpia y todo estaba perfecto. Lo mejor es que está al lado de la playa y como está en el centro de Zahara, pues también muy cerca de la zona de restaurantes y copas. No hace falta coger el coche para nada. Sin duda, muy recomendable.

Vacaciones como en casa

Tras varios años pasando las vacaciones en Zahara, este año hemos encontrado realmente un apartamento ideal para descansar y disfrutar de las mismas. Muy bien situado en el centro del pueblo por lo que tienes acceso a todo lo necesario y además está a escasos metros de la playa.

La atención y disponibilidad de su priopietaria ha sido estupenda. El apartamento tiene todo tipo de comodidades, en perfecto estado y sobre todo con una gran limpieza. En definitiva es como estar en tu propia casa y por eso la estancia nos la planteamos así, sobre todo para ir en familia.

Días estupendos en Zahara

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia.Estupendo apartamento, cerquita del supermercado y de la playa.Nos lo entregaron muy limpio y bien equipado y nos dieron un trato muy agradable.Lo recomiendo para ir con niños.
