Located in a brand new and secure building, the apartment is on the ground level.

There are the two bedrooms that both lead onto a terrace. Both bedrooms have two single beds making the sleeping capacity four. The singles can be pushed together to make doubles.

There is a living area with two white leather sofas and a large TV.

There is a brand new fitted kitchen so guests can happily cater for themselves.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath the other with a shower.

The terrace overlooks green landscaped gardens and is perfect for al fresco breakfasts or enjoying the fresh air. The terrace measures 9 squared metres.

The Palais des Festivals is only a five minute walk away so it is an ideal choice for those attending conferences. The city centre is minutes away and the beaches are a five minute walk away so it would also suit those after a beach holiday.
