Bright and spacious two-bedroom third floor apartment in the vibrant and lively area of Bruntsfield.
The location is excellent with shops, pubs, restaurants, coffee-shops and amenities a minutes walk away. A few minutes away is Bruntsfield Links leading on to the Meadows. Its always a pleasant walk to City Centre via the Meadows, and the Grassmarket, Royal Mile, Castle, Cowgate, and Princes Street are either a walk or a short bus ride away.
Bus stop to City Centre less than a minutes walk from the flat.
The flat consists of a high-ceiling open living area and kitchen, wood floored throughout. The kitchen is modern with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge area has a sunny bay window with dining table and soft furnishings for relaxation.
There are two bedrooms, each with a new double-bed. There is a further room which can be used for storage of cases etc. The living area has Freeview Smart TV and a sunny bay window with dining table which overlooks the Avenue.
This flat has one major advantage - its location. Bruntsfield is a superb area - full of Artisan shops and bars and has a village feel. No need to travel far to get any requirements. The flat is one-minute away from Sainsburys Local, Oddbins and a Pharmacy, as well as a number of cafes, boulangerie/patisserie and coffee-shops.
The nearest bus-stop is 1 minutes walk away connecting you to Edinburgh Centre via a 10-minute bus ride. There is a taxi-rank nearby. Walking time to Princes street 25 minutes leisurely, 20 minutes brisk. Parking is by meter and the nearest free parking is about a 20-minute walk away.
The apartment is on the third floor which makes it nice and quiet but it does involve walking up the stairs.

Accommodations were great - well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, clean and airy; sunny and bright. Easy to get to by bus and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Owners were wonderful. Highly recommended!!!

Highly recommend this flat!
This has to one of the BEST places we stayed at in Edinburgh! The flat is updated with modern kitchen and very large. Located about 12 minute walk to Edinburgh castle. The Bruntsfield area has a lot of GREAT cafe's and restaurants just minutes from the door step. The owner is easy to get in contact with and is very helpful...
