The rest of the cottage us made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and seating area with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off-road parking for one car and a decked area with garden furniture. Located close to many tourist attractions, The Studio is a lovely cottage in a fantastic part of Scotland.

Town: Located in the heart of Scotland, the small village of Stanley sits beside the River Tay and originates back to the 1700s when it was built to house the employees of the Stanley Mills. The village offers a restaurant and an excellent number of shops. With close proximity to the river, there are fantastic facilities for canoeing and fishing. On the outskirts of the village lies the historic Stanley Mills. There is an excellent childrens adventure park. Also popular is Birnam Oak, sometimes known as Macbeths Oak, and its neighbour the Birnam Sycamore which are thought to the sole surviving trees of the great forest that once straddled the banks of the River Tay. Just south of Stanley is the city of Perth, with an abundance of fine restaurants, cafés, parks and shops to explore. Dundee and St Andrews are less than an hour away.
