This ideally situated townhouse, located just outside of the fashionable Puerto Cabopino, offers visitors the best of everything. Just 10 minutes walk from one of the best and safest beaches on the Costa del Sol, you are also adjacent to Cabopino golf course. There is a local shop and a bar/restaurant only a two minute walk away, whilst the beach and port areas offer a whole host of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Some of these venues regularly have live entertainment too. The house itself sits on a very quiet semi-residential complex, so whilst convenient for local amenities it is equally suitable for rest and relaxation away from the busier areas. It boasts sea, pool, mountain and golf views and offers visitors something for every mood.

Very Nice Place

Is a lovely place to stay very clean and quiet. The contact with Mark was excellent before, during and after the location. The villa had everything you need. A welcome book on the arrival is very helpful.

I will recommend renting a car and bring with you anti-mosquito spray.

I hope to stay again we have so relaxing time there.

Wonderful townhouse in a great location

The booking process and general communication with Mark was excellent, very reassuring from the first interaction. The townhouse exceeded our expectations on arrival, it is beautifully finished with marble everywhere and it's very very spacious accommodating our party of 6 without us ever feeling like we were on top of each other. The views from the roof terrace are spectacular, a perfect place for an early evening drink. The jacuzzi is well worth paying extra for, we used it regularly during our stay and it really does massage you with it's powerful jets, a proper jacuzzi. We couldn't get our kids out of the swimming pool, the water was lovely and warm in late July and it was never crowded. Some sunbeds/umbrellas around the pool would have been nice but the grass was comfortable and we carried the sunbeds on the back patio down to the pool on a couple of occasions (hope that was ok Mark ?!). The walk down to Cabopino Port isn't far (15 mins max), but the complex is built on a bit of a hill and there are lots of parked cars that you need to negotiate on the way down to the port/beach. We didn't have any problems but you do need to be careful with children in tow. We found the restaurants at the port to be of high quality, not cheap but good value for money, we happily ate there most nights and never ran out of options. Overall the complex and the port area have a lovely upmarket feel, a stark contrast to the mainstream Spanish resorts. We had a fantastic relaxing holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to return.
