Spacious and bright fully equipped apartment for 6 people, ideal for families with children and whoever looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday with stunning views over the coastline of Granada.

It is located in the exclusive Las Lomas development of the select complex of Marina del Este, in the Punta de la Mona area between Almuñécar and La Herradura. The nearest beach is just short walk down the hill, near the marina with a variety of bars and restaurants.

The village of La Herradura is only 5-10 minutes away on foot, and the historic town of Almuñécar or the lively and picturesque Nerja with all its amenities are just 10 minutes drive away, respectively. Golf, tennis and paddle courts, diving, fitness center, spa, paragliding, windsurfing, shopping centers and cinemas are all nearby.

The apartment is also well connected by motorway with the big cities of Malaga and Granada, only one hour away. And Sierra Nevada ski and snowboarding resort is just a 90 minute drive away.

The apartment is facing East with a front 30 m2 terrace from where to enjoy every sunrise over the Mediterranean sea. It has three bedrooms (two of them with a king size bed) and two complete bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, cook, microwave oven, fridge / freezer) and it has access to a patio and a back garden, both private. Wifi, private underground parking, air conditioning are other facilities. Several items for babies (two cradles with linen, high chairs, car seats ...) can also be provided if requested.

A luxury and espacious flat in a exclusive zone of Punta de la Mona.

Infinite possibilitties aré waiting you.

First, the microclime ,sun every day,every time,all the months of the year

Crystal clear waters in the beach ,where you can dive and snorkel

Stunning and elevates sea views from the flat with a big terrace

Air conditioner , with two independient machines for two zones of the flat.

Wifi quite good intensity, equiped with Two flat screen tvs.

Two King sizes beds very confortable

A very nice pool with extraordinary sea views.

Granada city . Flamenco , Albaycin, and Alhambra ,(Washington Irving spell, and the most

Important monument in Spain )is only 40 minutes by car, and Sierra Nevada

Sky station only at one hour and a half by car.

Malagas international airport is only 40 minutes by car.

They have taken care of the apartment as if it was theirs, or even better, I would say. I highly recommend them as guests and hope to meet them again. It will be a total pleasure to enjoy their interesting chat one more time. The apartment is a very quiet residential area on a hill right above the marina (Marina del Este). The marina (with several bars and restaurants) and the beach next to it is just 800m away, it is only a 5 min walk down the hill but the road is shortcut that leads you to the beach where you won't find Any cars. To the West, you can go to La Herradura, a small and picturesque village with plenty of bars and restaurants by the sea (the typical "chiringuitos"). There are supermarkets, cafes, chemist's, and everything you need. It's just a 5 min drive and 10-15 min walk through I shortcut with great views over La Herradura and all its beaches. Besides, a few kilometers away (5 -10 min drive) to the Eastt you find Almuñecar, the medium size town with lots of shops and bigger supermarkets (Lidl, Mercadona - the biggest national supermarket chain) as well as cinema, clothes shops , McDonalds, medieval castle, an aquatic park and an aquarium, and 10 km of lovely beaches with more chiringuitos !. And a bit further to the West, in Velez Malaga, just a 20 min motorway drive, there is a big shopping center and cinemas where you can watch the latest films in the original version. If you are also interested in the cultural offer, Malaga and Granada are only an hour away with plenty of things to see and do, including zoos, theme parks, museums and the amazing Alhambra. The car is more than recommended to move around the area.
