About the property

Luxury 2 bedroom, 17th century property in quiet central town location

This recently restored apartment, formerly a school, dates back to the 17th century. It forms one corner of a hidden town centre courtyard garden, of which visitors have the use of a small outside terrace.

The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (one of which may be configured as two single beds if required), large open plan sitting room with wood burning stove and bathroom.

There is off-street parking available for one car. Coxwell Street is one of the oldest streets in Cirencester, right in the town centre but remarkably quiet and peaceful.

Access: Access is via a flight of stairs - this may be a consideration for some people. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (one of which may be configured as two single beds if required), large open plan sitting room with wood burning stove and bathroom. There is off-street parking available for one car.

Bedrooms: The pictures here show both bedrooms as doubles however Bedroom 2 can be configured as two single beds if required - we require notice to change the beds.

Fabulous find in the heart of Cirencester!!!!

The apartment is just fabulous.... really lovely quality furnishings and beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything has been thought of. We'll be back again and recommend to our friends.

A 5 minute walk and you are in the heart of Cirencester, great for shopping and food and wonderful buildings.

20 minute drive and you are at Tetbury and Westonbirt. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a stylish weekend with friends or family.
