34 High Street is a beautiful Grade II Listed cottage, dating back to the 1700's. The cottage has two generous sized bedrooms and one bathroom, with ample living space and a charming garden to the back of the cottage.
The cottage has been newly refurbished and presents with a clean, contemporary feel which compliments the unique space. It is set in the heart of Bridge Village, situated just 2.5 miles outside the stunning City of Canterbury, and the village is in the Nailbourne valley, a quiet rural setting surrounded by orchards and farmland, yet with excellent links to London and Dover.
The village itself has 3 superb, family friendly pubs along the High Street, as well as a local shop, fresh produce store, church, post office and pharmacy.
The cottage is situated directly on the High Street and whilst Bridge is relatively quiet, guests should expect to hear some road noise from traffic and pedestrians, although not excessive.

About Kerry-Anne Hatcher
Hi, I am Kerry-Anne and I am married to Adrian and we have two children aged 12 years and 3 years old. We actually live in Bridge Village just up the road from the cottage, and we have been there since 2011. I am a children's nurse and my husband is an Osteopath, and we decided to buy this cottage as a project, and to try our hand at holiday letting. When the cottage is not booked we intend to use it for family to visit us, although we are hoping that it will be predominantly booked by visitors to Canterbury and the surrounding countryside.
Kerry-Anne Hatcher purchased this House in 2016
Why Kerry-Anne Hatcher chose Canterbury
This little cottage is truly delightful and in our opinion, one of the prettiest little houses in the village with lots of interesting features. We thoroughly enjoyed refurbishing the cottage and decorating it with a contemporary style, and we hope that those who visit the cottage enjoy their stay.

The personal toutch
The cottage is perfect well cared for. Kerry and her family made us feel very welcome with the personal touch and made our stay very memorable. Would definitely recommend.
Well-loved cottage in Canterbury satellite village
We loved the cottage, it has been renovated with much love, preserving the original features as much as possible.
Kerry the owner was very generous to us when sorting out a little blip, and the place was immaculately clean and very well-equipped.
The cottage is right on the street which was quiet once the evening came but there was some through-traffic which we noticed mainly when on the ground floor. It is really well situated to explore Canterbury. We left the car there and took the bus in with ease. It will be lovely to come back in the summer and have a glass of wine in the garden!
This cottage was perfect for us and we absolutely loved the personal message and welcome gift left by the owners. Have already recommended this cottage and would definatley stay again!
