The side deck area has access from the kitchen area. The 2 Full Bathrooms will give you space with a beautiful tiled walk in shower in the primary bedroom and soaking tub in the main house bathroom. The Cottage will allow for an Eat in/Dining area off the Kitchen with room to sleep 4 and with in walking distance of all the Beach Activities. Side Deck area for grilling and Front Porch to relax and enjoy the Beach Breeze , Sunrise and Quite Time! Colonial Beach is a Family Fun Community offering something for the Entire Family. Cozy

We loved this cozy cottage! Everything was perfect and the decorations were charming. The Recliner was a big plus, wish there were two! I also loved the teabags provided since we had some rainy days! We surely would rent again!!

Long weekend

Met a buddy from Vietnam and his family and friends for a long weekend in Colonial Beach. We were only a few blocks away from all of the activities. The property was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. This was our first VRBO stay and were very pleased. Thanks.

It was pleasant trip. Near where family was staying and lives Very clean. Nice layout. Easy to get around since need to walk with a cane.

Delightful

Loved our stay at this house! Perfect location to everything - beach, shops, restaurants were all walkable. House was clean, organized, and well-stocked. Colonial Beach itself is adorable and this house is in the right location to take advantage of what this lovely, historic town has to offer.
