Loch Ness is a modern house situated on the banks of Loch Ness within easy reach of Ben Nevis, Skye and Inverness.
It has underfloor heating, double glazed windows, wooden and carpeted floors, wood-burning stove and 2 modern gas fires. There is a barbecue in the garden and 200 trees around the house providing privacy.
The garden is located in 0.6 acres of private land. Here you can enjoy the comfort of a recently built house and the beautiful landscape of the Highland countryside.
There is a games room with a table tennis table and a television with Sky channels, 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite), a multi gym, an open plan dining room and entrance hall with a snooker table. There is also an open plan study and library, a sitting room with Sky TV and a wood-burning stove.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, microwave, 2 ovens, a bread machine, toaster, kettle and all household appliances. The utility room has a large sink, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron.
Suardal has 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 6 people + 2. The upstairs ensuite is equipped with a Jaccuzzi shower / steam shower. Also upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower and a Jaccuzzi bath and downstairs another ensuite with a shower room.
At suardal you can exercise in the gym, play table tennis or snooker, gather the family in a barbecue outdoors, play in the garden or simply enjoy a book in the library.
Across the road we have a golf course and there is a tennis court in the village. Within 7 miles there is a water park with several sports as well as an indoor swimming pool.
All the beautiful cruises on Loch Ness depart from the village, a 15 minute walk, where you can also find various restaurants and pubs, several shops, mini market, petrol station, pharmacy, take away food, post office, a tourist office, bikes to rent and lots of beautiful views.
Suardal is an ideal central location for hillwalking with more than 300 hills and mountains a short drive away. The Nevis Range ski resort is 30 minutes away and outwith the downhill mountain biking season.
