Ideally located within a short drive to some of North Devon s finest beaches Saunton and Croyde are popular with surfers and bathers alike. Walkers and cyclists can enjoy the Tarka Trail and walk through the surrounding landscape stunning in any season. The regional towns of Barnstaple and South Molton are nearby with popular pannier markets. In the height of Summer a small eco-campsite pops up in one of the fields and cream teas are served from the summer house. A pleasant level walk to the village includes a couple of pubs or buy provisions from the community shop. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens or Dartington Crystal. As you enter this stylish and contemporary reverse-level house leave your cares at home. Having been recently converted in 2017 its furnishings and decor really stand out. Both king-size bedrooms are on the ground floor and both have their own en-suite s one with a wet room shower with WC and the other has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. An additional single bed can be made available on request in one of the king-size bedrooms if you would prefer the room made up as a twin. Heading upstairs is the lounge/kitchen/diner relax into the comfortable lounge and settle in to watch a film or boxed set on the Smart TV. In winter you can snuggle up next to the wood burner. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine you don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. Stepping outside you can enjoy the patio and garden area with seating and BBQ. After a day s exploring why not gather around the fire pit and gaze up at the stars in the endless Devon sky and marvel at the stillness of being away from it all. There is allocated ample off-road parking spaces.
