This spacious, centrally heated studio apartment has a king-size double bed with quality mattress together with a comfortable double sofa-bed for additional sleeping accommodation.

The seating area has a large, comfortable sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and dimmable lighting.

The dining area seats four people around a glass topped table. Separated from the living room by double doors is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, etc, together with a full range of utensils designed to make cooking here a pleasure. The apartment also has a separate walk-in wardrobe/storage room and a bathroom with power shower, washbasin and WC.

We found the basement flat in Nevern Place served all our needs for a ten day stay in London.

The flat was spacious & well-appointed. The owners were most responsive & helpful to any enquiries. Nevern Place is close to Earl's Court Underground, & a fine selection of restaurants & food outlets in Earl's Court Road. If one is keen enough the walk to the V & A Museum is quite manageable. The neighbourhood is pleasant & quiet. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Hilary & David's flat. A & R from Australia.

Simple, Clean with the necessitities.

This was my very first stay at a place other than a hotel in my life. The most important thing for me was that it be clean, safe, and be convenient for us to get to all the main tourist attractions in London. Hilary's apartment met all three requirements.

This apartment is simple, yet has all the necessary amenities one requires while traveling. There were ample electrical outlets which included USB charging stations for all of our electronic devices. The apartment was clean, including shower and bathrooms. They had a washer and dryer which was really nice to have so we could launder some of our clothes. We only used the pull down bed, which was extremely comfortable. I am not a fan of a fold out sofa that is low to the ground, however, I am sure it would have been fine to sleep on.

The locations was great! The neighborhood was really nice looking and clean and in walking distance(down the block) were many restaurants of all kinds, wine stores etc. It was a 5 minute walk or less to the Earls Court Tube Station so getting to and from other areas was simple and quick.

Hilary was a great communicator. Via email we were able to ask questions and receive basic instructions, such as how to gain access when we arrived to how to use the heater etc.

I would recommend staying here.

Great location!

We loved the flat in Earl's Court. It was the perfect location for all of our adventures. We also liked that it was on a quiet street which was great after long days of sightseeing. The flat had enough room for our family of three (including a teenage son). Hilary was a gracious host and made sure all of our questions were answered. We would stay here again.

Love this place

We very much enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and clean studio apartment. Space was just right for me, my husband and 2 teenage daughters. The location is great, very close to the station. The owners David and Hilary were very nice and accommodating. Everything was so easy, from booking to check-in to check-out. They were easy to reach and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you, David, for contacting the internet service provider and updating us about the outage in the area at that time. Everything was resolved when we got back at the apartment later that day. We would love to stay again in your place next time we go back to London. Thank you both so much!

Wonderful flat with everything we needed

This flat is ideally located in Earls Court. It was extremely easy to get to the Tube station, about a 5 min walk. The flat is very cosy and comfy, perfect for my husband and I. The bed was comfortable and the flat very clean. The kitchen was stocked with the basics that made morning coffee and tea so easy. Hilary and David have truly thought of everything. There were plenty of towels and linens, and even a hair dryer!

All of the tourist attractions are no more than 20 mins away and Earls Court station was perfect for catching the District, Picadilly, and Circle lines. Also, the neighborhood has a large selection of wonderful places to eat. It's absolutely charming.

I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this flat for anyone traveling to London.

This central London apartment is situated in an attractive garden square in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The spacious studio makes an ideal alternative to hotel accommodation. It is a perfect base for visiting the iconic sights of London, shopping in the fabulous stores, visiting the theatres of the West End or going to galleries and exhibitions. The apartment is only a few minutes walk (0.2 mile) from the underground station at Earls Court giving easy access to all the top sightseeing locations. South Kensington's famous museums are just 1 mile away (two stops on the tube) and shopping at Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Sloane Square, the King's Road or Oxford Street couldn't be more convenient. The green, open spaces of Hyde Park and Kensington Palace Gardens are also within easy reach, as is the exhibition centre at Olympia.

A wide variety of restaurants are just around the corner together with a range of shops and services plus a 24 h supermarket.
