The apartment faces south with large terrace and 180 degree uninterrupted views of Coast,. Eze Village and exclusive Cap Ferrat. Monte Carlo with its casino and Beaulieu are 10 mins drive. Within a very quiet gated development of 60 luxury apartments with a caretaker, covered parking space, tennis court and heated swimming pool (May-end Sept) The penthouse is located on the second floor and is reached by stairs or lift. The air-conditioning can be independently controlled in each room as needed. The modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops & integrated dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washer-dryer. The reception room has superb views through the full-height sliding windows leading to the terrace which has electronically operated sun-blinds. It is fully equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite, DVD player and leather chairs and corner sofa. There is extensive entertaining space on the large, secluded terrace with views. It has a luxurious marble bathroom and a separate cloakroom and a shower-room ensuite to the kids bedroom entered from the terrace.

Great Place

We spent there two weeks in the late summer. This is a very nice place, tastefully decorated with a wonderful view, very good located between Nice and Mnaco. The owner is really friendly and the housekeeper very helpful. A car is recommended.

Breathtaking view from terrace

We stayed in Etoile d'Eze in July. The apartment was very good located, not far from center of Eze village, Nice and Monaco. Many attractions around. It is better to get to the seaside by car.The complex very well maintained.Common swimminpool was big and not too crowded. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful setting, marvelous set up

This two bedroom apartment has a lovely large terrace perfect for dining al fresco. The views over Eze and down to Cap Ferrat are phenomenal.

The apartment complex is wonderful with a large, warm pool, tennis courts and plenty of parking. It is very well maintained and the care taker speaks perfect English and is around to handle any small problems.

The apartment is very well appointed, clean and well kept.

The only thing is you do have to drive everywhere. The local shops and restaurants are not far away but it is hilly and hot, therefore only walking distance for the brave.

There are great, although expensive, restaurants nearby and the owner leaves a folder full of interesting suggestions of things to do and see in the area.

Owner's Response: My family enjoy the short walk down the quiet lane to the village to get the bread and croissants for breakfast or to have a drink in the village in the evening. If we are not lounging on the terrace or by the pool in the heat of the day we would drive down the main road in the car to fetch our shopping but usually pick it up on our way back from trips to visit other interesting places. The South of France is an expensive area. If you select carefully in Eze you can find good food very reasonably priced - as long as you don't go to the internationally famous Chevre d'Or !!

In 2010 we stayed there our first time. We loved it due to the geographical location, the very well maintained residential complex and the flat with its wonderful view over the by of Cap Ferrat/Villefranche. It is just a 5 minute walk downhill to the medieval hill-top village of Eze. Wander through its cobbled streets with many quaint boutiques and art galleries which lead to the amazing ‘Jardin Exotique’ with a huge selection of giant cacti. There is also a perfume factory offering free visits and discount shopping. There are all grades of restaurants in Eze and a local shop selling croissants and bread. Many beaches on the Cote D’Azur are within easy reach including those at Beaulieu, Villefranche and Eze-Sur-Mer. Nice airport is 20 minutes drive and Monte Carlo is only 10 mins away if the casino beckons! The market at Menton and the famous flower market in Nice’s old town are also worth a visit and within easy reach.
