A splendid landscaped exterior with many large terraces, patios and cobbled pathways lead from the main house to the water feature and down to the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool next to the annexed one bedroom cottage. Beside the cottage there is a lawned garden and an outdoor shower. The pool has an optional jet stream current for swimming exercise.
The main house has a spacious interior and many traditional features, high ceilings allow for coolness and terraces lead from French windows onto the covered patio. The lounge is comfortably furnished and the open plan kitchen has all modern appliances. Leading off the lounge there is a small mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Further through is the master en suite bedroom with air conditioning and French windows opening onto a patio.
The annex cottage is also air conditioned and has a large double bedroom/lounge and bathroom, with sliding glass doors opening onto the covered terrace with seating and to the poolside.
Six quality teak sun loungers deck the terrace around the pool and there are sun umbrellas, various tables and chairs available.
The swimming pool is 10 m x 5 m with a Roman end with steps leading into a shallow end of 1 m and a deep end of 2 m. Freshwater pool with a salt cleaning system. The pool is serviced twice weekly during summer and once weekly during the rest of the year by a competent and reliable professional. Pool and garden lighting is available. There is a jet stream facility you can use for exercising by swimming against the current.
This property is not ideal for children under the age of 8 years unless they are not yet walking.
There is a cot and high chair provided for young babies. Please let us know if you have any other requirements.
We provide a once weekly linen and towel change and we provide beach towels.
Guests will be met at the villa, or otherwise informed where to locate the key and visited soon after arrival. We ensure a prompt and competent service from a team of property managers, who can be contacted at any time.
We have enjoyed our week in the Algarve. The house was very pleasant and we were also very satisfied with the service provided by Jacaranda. I will recommend both to my friends. Elisabeth was also kind enough to lend us her parasols, which was very much appreciated!

The balance should be paid up to eight weeks prior to arrival.
